I was craving for ice cream....My two sons and I was coming toward the door to Baskin and Robins the girl shut the lights off and ran in the back. I'm so pissed it was 9:44pm , they don't close till 10:00pm. Very bad!!! How this right at 10:00 they put the light on .

We always come to B & R for ice cream. This location is close to my house but workers are not that nice....are you being overworked or you don't enjoy your job? We the people that purchase products from your store help support your company!

Careful with being overcharged for something you didn’t order. Save yourself some money and get the kids size instead of the single because they are the same size

This store gets pretty busy. They need a sign that says order here or even stanchions or something. Groups of multiple families go back and forth from the display windows and not sure who's helping who and who's next in line. Then there's people that are standing around and not even in line and someone just went straight to the counter to put in their order without even asking who's next. Something needs to be done with controlling their crowd in a small area. Next thing, the person who helped me with my order made it all wrong. The staff was going to use the over riped bananas and I had to speak up and say please use the less ripened banana. Puts it in a wrong cup, then smashed my ice cream to make room for the toppings then completely filled it where I won't be able to put the spoon in without spilling all the toppings. The person ended up redoing it because I had to point it out. I couldn't see how it was being redone at that time because it was so crowded to walk around the other families. It looked better the second time I got it and gave a tip for their trouble in remaking it then paid and walked out. Got to my car and ate the first bite and I looked closely at it and the hot fudge was missing. There was no hot fudge at all when the staff asked me if I wanted all the toppings and I said yes. I didn't want to go back in that crowd and have them fix it again. I just ate it but it didn't satisfy. I am asking you to train your staff and test them so that they know the product you're selling and the recipes. Because paying for something that I know how it's supposed taste like and if doesn't taste the same it's very disappointing. Not to mention the unorganized line and takes away the joy in enjoying your ice cream. I hope they improve because Baskin n Robbins is my favorite ice cream shop.

I came in today to have a some good refresher, as we walk in lady, we were helped and greeted properly which is good but as soon that we ordered the 2 scoops cost $6 something, lady ask me if wanna put in a separate cup, I said yes, which in my mind it’s still going cost us the 2 scoop but no still charged us 2 single scoop, why is that I want the 2 scoop but separate cup, if u can’t do that, tell us or at least give the receipt

My family and I went out for ice cream on 12/22/22, we ordered 3 single scoop cones totaling to $15.04. Later that week, I checked my credit. Add statement to find that I had been charged 37 times. Each of the 37 transactions had cleared and posted to my credit card statement. Totaling into $570. When contacting the store, the employees refused to tell me when their manager would be in. Eventually after 4 pressing calls, I asked to speak to the Owner and they gave me contact info. Immediately the owner stated "we only see one charge on our end." After providing credit card statements, the owner continued to state that he did not see the charges and refused to work with me, $570 just went missing. Not once, did any employee offer an apology or any form of solution. After posting my situation to social media, I was informed by others that this happens to them at other locations as well. I truly believe that Baskin Robbins scams their customers by processing charges for multiple times, ours so happened to be 37 times. $570 is a lot of money, it could've gone to our rent, childcare, medical bills and so forth. I will be sure that my family and friends never eat at this or ANY Baskin robbins location in the future. Shame on you!

I'm so frustrated with this store! I went to Baskin and Robbins located at Ka Makana Alii Mall and spent $16.72. A couple days later, my online bank app showed me that I was charged $16.72 TWENTY THREE times! I immediately called my bank and they told me to wait to see if it gets posted. A day later all TWENTY THREE charges for $16.72 was posted and paid. I immediately went to Baskin Robbins to get this remedied. I spoke to the lady manager there who called somebody named Mike M. Mike stated that he would look into to it and get back to me. 2 days later no call. I called the location again and spoke to the same lady manager and she said that Mike told her that I need to take this up with my bank because they got hacked! I tried to call Mike several times and left messages. The lady manager said that Mike wanted her to relay the message to us. Such poor customer service! My account had been in the negative for almost a week now and to top of it off, this all happened the week of Christmas!! Merry Christmas to you to Mike M. and to Baskin and Robbins at Ka Makana Alii! I'm not going to let you guys get away with this!!!

How's that go? Ooh yea, I scream for ice cream. Ka Makana Alii food court is the latest location for this franchise. It replaces the old Magnolia ice cream parlor. I know you read that review. The place is well lit and like every 31 flavors the display cases shows local favorites and crazy creations. Seriously spicy chucks?!?!?There's toppings from sprinkles to candy chunks to flavored syrups. You can grab a shake to a cappuccino and even an ice cream cake. And of course you can customize with advance notice. Me I personally like chocolate chip mint sandwiches.The service was great and since the place is brand new it's clean. Overall five stars. Because really it's ice cream. Now excuse me, I need to decide waffle or sugar cone. Comment below. I've been watching too much you tube. M
