Mid range review: Positives: REALLY good ice cream and hand made delicious waffle cones Negative: no options- their menu has room for about 20 flavors and their whole model is these unique flavors but both times when I went in they had less then 5 flavor options which were all very absurd and non traditional. Sadly our group of 5 left and bought ice cream next door. Genuinely really good ice cream but it sucks traveling all the way there and their flavor options for the night being so limited. Would easily update to 5 stars once they have more flavor options. Ps: the birthday cake is amazing. But once again.. sadly it was only available for one day. Idea- if they just updated what they had available online then that would save everyone some time and increase customer satisfaction as we wouldn't walk all the way there to find out there's no good flavor options.

Couldn't get ice cream here because they had 4 flavors left and none of them were any good. Tried again the next day and could get an ice cream. They had a few flavors that were interesting. Usually you go to an ice cream place and order a small and think "I can't eat that" and this place was more like "that's it?". Ice cream itself wasn't horrible but nothing special either. If you're going to try go earlier in the day before they run out of the good flavors.

Extremely sticky ice cream almost like taffy. Not very appetizing. We also arrived at 8:50 pm they close at 9 pm and they were visibly upset and clearly muttered something unpleasant to one another. They seemed upset about scooping two scoops into two bowls. Weird flavors offered. Just keep it simple and train employees to have better customer service.

We got a sampler and loved everything we tried. The flavors were all unique but not so esoteric that my kids didn't enjoy. They asked to come back tomorrow! Prices were high, but no higher than anywhere else in the area and definitely cheaper than Disney. Overall, high quality creative ice cream.

Crave-able sweet treat! Few min walk from Aulani to the creamiest ice cream! We tried a Pint of Pistachio. Perfection in a bite subtle hints of Savory Nuttiness paired with a caramel like saltiness. "Chefs kiss" Friendly quick service. Less then 3min wait.

Went in here while waiting for our table at Monkeypod, and I'm glad we did. We got the flight, which is perfect because we couldn't decide which flavor to get. We got the black sesame, cereal killer, spill the tea (earl grey), busta coconut, & wake&bake (coffee). All of them were so good! Couldn't decide on a favorite. Staff were all nice and accommodating. We'll definitely come back again when we stay in Aulani again

Mine was okay, it had a bit of a freezer taste, my husband got an affogato and it tasted like dish soap, don’t think they rinsed the coffee container out well- also not espresso, just weak cold brew

Black Sheep Cream located in beautiful Ko Olina Center and Ko Olina Station. The scenery is so breathtaking and peaceful. In the beginning of the mall on the corner you will find them. Seating available inside and tables and chairs with umbrellas outside. The menu is easy to read and although the menu is limited the limited choices are unbelievably witty and oh so delicious. The shop is incredibly chic and very clean. There is lots of parking, but make sure you read the parking signs. You will need a cell phone to pay for your parking or you could catch a ride on the Ewa train . The train will stop at Black Sheep Cream on Wednesdays at 1 pm, Saturdays 12 Noon and 3:00 pm and Sundays at 3:00 pm. All aboard
Cutest little ice cream shop within walking distance of the hotels. Sat on the grass outside and ate our delicious ice creams while watching the train pass. The waffle cup was fresh and warm. That might have been the best part!

Love the ice cream here! Tons of different flavors to choose from and I believe they give out samples if you ask. Parking can be a bit tricky if it's a busy day, but service was fast! My partner and I didn't eat at the ice cream shop, but it was nice inside when we ordered! I think we got the black sesame shake and a honeydew/melon scoop! Both were delicious. Highly recommend going here after going to the beach!

Advice to owners. Your business might increase 25-50% if you refund your menu signage on the back wall to be larger and clearer. On the two recent occasions we stopped in the line and service were slowed by every single customer asking for clarification or explanation. Make it easier for all to get faster service.

I have tried to get ice cream here 5 times and every time it is a bad experience. Their flavors are so bizarre I have asked for vanilla 4 of the 5 times and they are all out. 3 of my 5 visits I wanted a root beer float again no vanilla and also no root beer. You would think in an area where a lot of families visit you would have one or two plain ice creams for the kids or adults that don’t like different flavors. Even worse than the bad flavors are the people working there. They are rude, move insanely slow and have no people skills.
