We waited for about an hour and a half to be seated, eventhough one side was empty. Then we were seated and our server took our drink order only. She came back with our drinks 15 minutes later with missing drinks. Then she took our order which we waited another 40 minutes for. We got our meals and at the end, we asked for dessert but the waitress was trying to rush us out. We let her know that we're celebrating my daughter's birthday and the waitress said, she can get our dessert order but her and her crew can't sing because they're short staffed. My family and I sang to my daughter. But five minutes after, their staff approached another group's table and started singing happy birthday. I was so upset but I decided to leave and not cause a scene. I'm very disappointed with the poor service we received, especially when we spent a lot for our family of 11. I will never take my family there.

The other night, I had an incredible dining experience with my co-worker at this fantastic restaurant right after work. I decided to go for the BBQ Brisket Burger, and boy, was it a treat for my taste buds! The burger was cooked to perfection, and every bite was a burst of flavors that blended together seamlessly. The food was served hot and fresh, and the presentation was top-notch. Our waitress was an absolute gem who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable evening. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and the ambiance of the place, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We had 3 adults and 2 children in our party. Myself and another ordered the sirloin steak with loaded potatoes an be broccoli. It was surprisingly good! The kids ate all their food. Service was great, the waitress checked on us regularly. I was impressed.

I haven't been here for a while and the menu has changed but I'm ok with that. I like a changing menu, it allows me to try new things.

Horrible! Brought me a lychee Marg instead of Mango. Then argued with me about it. Brisket quesadillas terrible. Even a bowl of chili way to salty and did not cover the rice. 77.00 for two plates, two drinks that was terrible? Never again!

Had lunch there today, horrible! I ordered a Mango Marg. She brought me lychee, then insisted it was Mango(I know the difference). I had the brisket quesadillas--terrible! My boy friend had a bowl of chili and rice(way to salty, and the chili didn't even cover the rice. 67.00 plus 10.00 for Medicore waitress. So 77.00 for that! Never again! Disappointed ate at Chili's in Texas and was great.

Okay, here we go. I went here on Veterans Day because my wife told me I earned it and I should go get my free meal. I only went because I had to get laundry detergent at longs and figured I’d grab a quick free meal at the bar and head home. It was about 8:45 PM when I arrived. I walked to the bar and there were about 8-10 open seats , but none of them had been cleaned of the prior patrons cups and menus and trash. I found the seat with the least amount of debris and waited. I took a quick video and sent it to my wife as we were both bartenders when we were younger. I was blown away at how much of a mess this bar was, especially a corporate bar like Chilis. Eventually the bartender came. She cleared the empty cups from my spot only. Left the pile of menus and did NOT wipe down the bar top. Again, as a prior bartender, the lack of gaf was starting to stun me. Then she starts complaining about the day (Veteran’s Day free meals)with a coworker in front of customers, mind blown! Who is managing this place? I am now just watching everything this “bartender” is doing. A couple walk in and give me a look, like why is it so dirty? I shrug and they sit next to me behind empty cups, menus, trash, etc. she comes, clears the cups only…does not wipe down the bar. A man sits at the bar across from us behind a row of empty glasses. I get my meal about 18 minutes after I order. Not sure what they expect for ticket times, but when I used to work in a kitchen 12 minutes was the target for an entree. This was just a cheeseburger and fries. Burger was below average and fries sucked. I had had enough and just got out of there.Yes, it may have been a hectic day, but I got there well after whatever the rush was and she lollygagged and moped around instead of cleaning her bar for the customers who just got there. I honestly don’t care how the day went, if I was the owner of this Chilis the bartender and manager would be looking for employment elsewhere. I’ve seen bartenders under massive pressure perform their jobs and I’ve been a bartender with tons of customers and would never have performed that poorly no matter the day.I will not be back to this Chilis and will not go get free meals anymore on Veterans Day from Chilis.

Dined at chili's on Sunday for the first time. There was a 20 minute wait which I didn't mind. Not sure if they allow people to use their outdoor seating but no one sat outside.Ordered a triple dipper with original crispers, honey chipotle crispers and sliders. Chicken quesadilla and Asian zing wings. Typical American bar food. It was really good. I love ranch a lot so i asked for extra and our server was glad to give me extra. Definitely satisfied my hunger. During the meantime when the food was being cooked, there is a tablet your party can use to connect to your phone to play games. Makes time go by faster. Also you can pay for the bill on the tablet without needing to wait for a worker which is convenient. Our server was super nice and sweet! Don't know her name but she has great customer service!

Food was okay. Tasted fine, pretty greasy and the sliders were dry. Service was great! Very patient and knowledgeable. She recommended her favorite drink! We sat at the bar. TVs all around the bar!

Tried the fajitas and it was amazingly delicious! We couldn't finish it, so we had to take half of it home in a to-go box. Atmosphere is clean and alive. Service is pretty good. Margaritas are on point!
