My friends love this place I don't know why. I've been going to this place a couple of times I would say a little over 10 times. I'm in the area I'm hungry I stop by here because I want a Chinese food. They used to get big portion not so much anymore. The food look dead. My sweet and sour is always dry My fried rice is tasteless. My fried noodle look like they used old oil I could taste that oil it's horrible. I don't get it I don't know why they like this place it's a bad representation of Chinese food. I go there because it's convenient and I'm there in the area, I don't go there because I look forward to it. It's a big huge place for the atmosphere is hunting almost scary everything is closed off bathroom is closed off sit down eating area is 3 table in a huge restaurant, everything is blocked off by a barrier and a sign posted it almost feels like you've been ushered to leave as soon as you get your food. Imagine eating a plate cuz you're hungry The food does not taste good but you're hungry and now you got to use the bathroom and you can't. They have employees I'm sure the bathroom is okay. Maybe they just don't want customers to use it or homeless people around the area to use it I don't know I don't know what their plans are. Am I the lucky guy that got the draw to where every time that I am there the bathroom is always closed I'm so lucky am I? I would post pictures of food if they look awesome or the atmosphere of the restaurant if there's something to take pictures of.
The customer service was excellent, but the food was a lil to greasy and the facility needs renovating and deep cleaning. I remember when they first open and it was sad to see how it is now.

Ordered manapua, pork hash and brown layered rice cake on a Sunday. The pork hash was good. The manapua and rice cake were beyond horrible. I can't believe they gave us obviously old food from days prior. The manapua was stale and hardening. The rice cake was even worse. The top brown layer was hard like a cookie. The "layers" became nearly indistinguishable as they became fused together. I spent over $40 for this? What a ripoff!!!

Talk about value for your money. This place PACKS a to go box. It's so full, they put a rubber band around it. The thing is, the food is just ok. However, their Manapua and Kau Gee are AMAZING. If nothing else, go for that!
Very limited selections. Wait time for beef broccoli about 7 minutes. Did not see other items I usually order. Long line at cashier for others waiting for orders. I left and went to another restaurant.

Shrinkflation hit CWK! New Full size plate looks like a mini. Trying to be green w new card board, but lining w 2 sheets plastic. Still packing in the great tasting food. Wish they kept the same size plate instead of messing w poison sizes. Almond cookies are a must here. Skipped the individually wrapped for the bag.
