The Dunkin’ D’s at Kapolei is a favorite stop. Nice n soft, fresh doughnuts here. Favorites of ours include The Strawberry Frosted and Boston Creme. They have the Make a Wish doughnuts again this year. Not the Star Shape but same flavor : Blue vanillas frosted. Good doughnut for a great cause. Highly recommend this location ?

They never greet their customers, they act like they don't want to work or are too lazy to work, they really could careless how they make drinks, they will do the bare minimum if you gotta take a drink back in to be re-done. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE KAPOLEI LOCATION. however, please visit the folks over at Dunkin in Pearlcity! They are always so friendly, customer service is on point, and the drinks are always consistent! 5 stars for Pearlcity Dunkin!

Management should focus on training and work ethic of employees. I was given a cup of hot coffee that leaked, it got all over me and my car. I only noticed after I got it into my car. The cashier knew it was leaking cause he wiped his hand with napkins after giving me the coffee. The cup should have been changed but the cashier was too lazy.

This Dunkin is the worst. I literally just saw the worker use whipped cream as my sweet cold foam on top of my drink. Service is terrible most days. So disappointing!!! What?!!!!

Haven't been to dunkin donuts in Kapolei for a minute, decided this morning to treat myself to a hot green tea macha lotte and an egg and chorizo wrap!!! Never again ? the wrap was hard and burnt on the outside and cold in the middle, the green tea macha lotte was luke warm and I can't taste any green tea in it and on top of that I had to ask for napkins!!! That was a horrible way to start my Friday morning!!! I will not be going back!!!?

Once again we must report this location does not make snackin bacon with the sweet and pepper spices. A few employees got it correct when they opened and it was the delicious kick that you get from other locations - but we went again and it was nothing but plain bacon - no sweet maple taste ...just plain old fried bacon. Disappointing like going to McD fries and they forgot the salt (lol never happens) The last time I reported the lack of flavor did get a corporate apology advising the local manager would be in contact - never happened. We thought we would try this once more as we do enjoy - but no more for Kapolei - skip the Snakin Bacon Aug 5 at 0720am

they are out of everything always right now they are out of espresso, wraps, cold foam so they can’t make cold brew cappuccino americano latte or macchiato and i’ve gotten the snackin bacon when it was wiggly and under seasoned multiple

Always gets my orders wrong. Getting stuff i didnt even order as if they dont look at the app orders that was placed. Also the app is double/triple ordering when you place an order. Its been a month since and I still haven’t receive my refunds! Avoid this place!
