Came into Infinitea last night and ordered a matcha milk tea and a fruit drink both with 75% sweetness. While waiting for the order I noticed a cockroach in the store which was disgusting. Once I received my order, I had gotten a completely different drink from the matcha milk I ordered. They went ahead and went to correct the issue, only to have gotten a drink with absolutely no sweetness. The drink tasted as if I was sipping dirt. This used to be one of my favorite boba places since it opened, however it has just gone downhill as far as service and cleanliness.

The drinks and area is pretty good! I have never had an issue with any of my orders but that is not why I am writing this review. I've spoken to several different workers there for fresh boba but I was always turned down. Just a FYI for anyone who is specifically looking for BOBA with their drinks, they stop making new ones around 10-11AM. So you will be getting some pretty old boba unless you arrive really early before that time frame.

The drinks here are pretty good but way overpriced! Each topping cost 50 cents but the smallest drink you can get coat 8$! The service is fast but the place is very busy! There is indoor seating but you can't even sit there. You can sit outside though. The place in total is small and the menus are all over the walls. Lots of drinks to order from.Overall the drinks are pretty good but too expensive!

Lowered rating for a few things. 1. Drink was taken 2. Customer service terrible 3. Custard not good. 1. My drink was taken by a large group that picked up their order crowding the pick up table. My friend and I ordered the same time and our order was put on the pick up table simultaneously as the large group order. Needless to say when the crowd was clear, we expected both our drinks there. Nope, mine was taken. It was the Ube Oreo with custard and Ube ice cream for extras, so I guess it was a great combo... expensive. 2. Notified the employee about this and they were giving the impression that we stole it. We didn't leave the location after we ordered. They were arguing amongst themselves. They ended up making my order right there. Honestly, to prevent all this... they should've have a system in place to wait until the 1st order has been picked up and cleared, then put the next order. The employees should be more aware that if there's a big crowd at the pick up table, the next order customer can't access it, until the crowd leaves.3. Custard was super bland and the consistency was a hard jello. There were no richness or taste. I would not recommend paying for the custard. Overall... it was ok. I would've rated it much higher, but was unfortunate to experience what happened and how it was handled. Would I come again... idk. Still contemplating.

Got me a drink for the first time since the business has been open. I really love the U-be love smoothie. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. It's a little crowded in the place, but my drink was amazingly delicious so it made up for the cramped space. By the way, the drink was better outdoor anyway.

Infinitea always comes thru clutch with refreshing drinks! I could have sworn that their prices were much higher before or other businesses have increased their prices around Infinitea.We always experience friendly and excellent customer service. I normally order my drinks from their website for faster service and they are always ready by the time I arrive. My family loves coming here because they offer other drink options without caffeine such as their milk options and matcha/ube options.We love coming here because we can cruise around Kamakana Ali'i while we enjoy our drinks. Their store is small and doesn't offer a place to sit, but they are right across or in the eating area.
Lots of tea options. Great flavors.
