All the workers at Kapolei Jamba Halekauai are awesome. I call for the order. When I come for lunch , it’s already ready for pick up . The workers would give me the order with a great smile. So lucky to be near this place. I work close by and live close by as well.

I was really giving up with my expectations from jamba because many locations like Kaneohe and Kapahulu, were just not making the smoothies well. I just received my peanut butter mood and orange dream from Kapolei Jamba Juice and I'm finally satisfied! Literally the best smoothies I've got from jamba.

I just ordered over the phone and picked up from this location and the man making the smoothies was not wearing gloves and was making them and touching the straws with his bare hands. That should not happen ever but especially during coronavirus time. I spent $7 and complained about it and was not offered a new smoothie and was given attitude about it. That is not hygienic or safe.

I like this jamba juice because the workers are more welcoming and friendly. I go to this location early in the morning on the way to work and no matter how much im dragging my feet these guys are ready to work. I may not be talkative in the morning but i do appreciate their great service. There's always parking in the front early in the wee hours. The only thing i noticed is the AC has been out so its a been warm in there. I do see the portable ac tho so thats good. I tried a lot of places with oatmeals and jamba juice so far has the best taste, size, choices and price that no one else can beat. Dont forget to use the jamba juice ap!
This place is a one star. Ive come in here my whole life and I've never been here with a customer service has been absolutely terrible. The girls name is RENE she didn't even ask me what I want to begin or even welcome me into the place. I was trying to do my rewards and she was super rude and didn't help me scan it. When I'm paying I'm handing her my debit card and she forcefully made me walk to the left-hand side to grab my debit card from me. And then just gave me my receipt with an attitude and didn't say thank you or anything. While sitting down she gave me my smoothie and i asked her to Redo it after I ordered my smoothie to be extra thick. Super rude girl, very unprofessional, not friendly, bad attitude, and rolling your eyes at me after you got my order wrong!?! What is that? Very unpleasant visit to say the least.

This is the nearest Jamba Juice to my home so I frequent here the most. It's a clean store, mostly teenagers working here so lots of talking story going on but other than that it's a hit or miss experience. Sometimes they are fast and sometimes they are slow, this time was somewhere in the middle. Been coming here a little more lately to eat their PB WOW Cacao Bowl! Obsessed is just putting it lightly! It's a meal all in itself that satisfies the sweet, crunchy, seems healthy, cool craving.
