When I'm in need of a smoothie this is one of several places I love to go to. I love the plant based smoothies and the expansion of the hot food selection.

The best Jamba I've been to! The drinks were full & delicious! I'm writing this review right after I left because I was amazed how good it was. When I go to Kahala, they never fill my drink to the top & it's never blended all the way! Way to go Kapolei!

I Walk in, no one acknowledges I'm there to give them business. No one asks what I want to order, I have to make eye contact to get my order in, very sad, poor customer service. I would have received better customer service from Artificial intelligence/ a robot. The employees need some customer service training like yesterday. I'll never go back to this store. I see similar comments from other patrons with no effort by the owners or management to correct the lack of customer service.Dr. Kono

Kahili, I believe, at the register had such a beautiful and warm energy and made sure I got what I needed. She is truly amazing and special and deserves appreciation and a raise!

The only fresh fruit in the Acai bowl was the bananas. Strawberries and blueberries were not. When I mentioned going to Jamba to one of the locals, he said, "why didn't you go to Lanikai?" He was right, the next time we did and it was much better.

I have been to the Jamba Juice by the stadium shopping (south lake), Jamba Juice in the waikele outlet, and kapolei Jamba. I wanted the orange/carrot twist. In south lake the orange machine was broken, waikele the orange machine was broken. In kapolei they changed it a bit, the carrot machine was broken. Wow! If this is an item on your menu you don't do. Then take it off your menu. So diss appointed. This was not on the same day by the way!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Jan 4th at 1:20pm I placed my order of (2 açaí bowls and two small smoothies) and waited a very LONG time! To top it off their were two customers behind me who received their orders before I did. I raised concerns to the employee and she said "it is taking some time due to placing the granola in the açaí bowl and cutting the fruits..."Then she asked me: "if I received 2 smoothies that I had ordered?" I told her NO! Then the other employee who apparently was supposed to make the smoothies responded: "she forgot to make those!" This has been an extremely Terrible experience. I've been going to Jamba since my childhood and never experienced such a mediocre customer service. I suggest for management to get involved ASAP at this Kapolei location across from Home Depot. Even if there was new employees, there should be enforced supervision.

Got a Primo Acai bowl and it had apple cinnamon granola on it. I think they ran out of granola and bought that at Safeway or something.. made the taste weird like I was eating apple pie which is not what I was craving. I would have rather been told they don't have granola and order something else than waste my money on that. Plus the other reviewer is right, the store really smells inside.

This Jamba Juice needs to do a better job training their staff in customer service and work ethic. Upon walking in to the store at 8am, there was 1 customer ahead of me waiting for their order and 2 workers.. I walk in and first notice a somewhat rancid smell. Perhaps spoiled fruit or rotted milk? Also- the floors were dirty. Anyways- upon entering, nobody greets me. I stand at the counter for awhile waiting to be acknowledged then finally someone comes out from the back to take my order. I ordered an acai bowl. Another lady comes in right after me and orders a smoothie. They send out the order for the man ahead of me. 2 more customers walk in, but I guess they were so focused on making the 2 orders they couldn't be bothered by the customers. No acknowledgement, nothing. They could have at least said "Welcome, I'll be right with you". My bowl took about 10 minutes to make. When it was done, the worker puts it on the counter and says "acai primo bowl". No Thank you, have a great day, nothing. I get that there were only 2 workers, but really, they could move a little quicker. They were both walking around and moving as if they had all the time in the world. They need to train staff better here. I remember a day when Jamba Juice workers were super friendly, always greeting customers and worked at a pace similar to Starbucks workers!
