Food review only. I had a bacon cheeseburger. The bun was incredibly dry. The onion and tomato were thicker than the burger. The onion rings were good but very greasy. This food is disappointing unless your looking for a fast-acting laxative. And this burger was over $13. Go elsewhere for food.

If I could leave a million starts I would. Reah and Blossom went above and beyond for me and my family when a few popular games decided to glitch. These two absolutely deserve the biggest raise ever! Not only we're they kind, they also did their best to make sure that we got back the credits we lost and threw in a curtsey round for the kids. They absolutely made my kids night on multiple occasions and for this reason, we will make sure we continue to come back and let all of our friends and family member menders know just how amazing this arcade is. Food was good, Customer service was amazing, prizes were amazing and all around was, AMAZING!

A decent selection of games to play and entertain yourself and others just for fun or for some of their prizes. Conveniently located in same "store" as Johnny Rockets for food and drink. You can sit down between games or while others play and get a bite to eat. Great overall atmosphere. Happy gaming!

I've been coming to this place for sometime now. The prices are hard to beat and the service is typically always amazing no matter who I am being served by. I typically get help by Snow, but this one time he was in another section helping other guests. This had all occurred on Saturday the 5/6/23. For this experience, I believe I was being helped by someone named Kalino or something among those lines. He seems to be in his 30's with some curly hair. To which this experience had been bad due to the fact that he seemed more interested in filling up the bar with glasses and making sure it was going to be clean for the next shift instead of taking care of my friends and I. We did not want to be rude and disrupt him for doing his job, but had been upset when my beer was obviously empty for 20 minutes. I don't think his priorities had been on guest care, but instead had been on trying to finish all his cleaning and get out as soon as possible. I would not want to go back to this establishment or just even sit at the bar if that worker is there. He needs to be retrained or talked to about his priorities.

Expensive for a premium priced burger that sucks. The brioche buns and their burger sauce doesn't work, it's always a off tasting burger. The meat is always dried out not juicy at all and the tomatoes had the stem end with mold on it. Go to the shack in mililani they have better bugers.
