Our review of Jollibee, in Kapolei at Kamakana Ali I Shopping Center.This is a Filipino fast food place. The specialty is fried chicken it is moist and crispy. I also tried their adobo fried rice and it was terrible it hardly had any flavor if you close your eyes and imagine what's the prominent flavor you couldn't tell this was a double fried rice. I would not come over here again it's not worth your money. The restaurant itself is new there's no atmosphere there's no energy here. This is a very common restaurant for Filipinos and we know why. The spicy chicken sandwich is tame in terms of spice. You can't go wrong with that one if you like just a little spicy. The fried chicken though is where it is at. The spicy fried chicken is the spiciest fried chicken we've had at any chicken place and we love it. Every bite has legit spice to it. Spaghetti and mashed potatoes are fairly generic, but still good. The spaghetti is on the sweeter side though if you haven't had sweet spaghetti and of course, has hot dogs in it. The pineapple drink was delicious and well worth the extra for an upcharge. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. It's surprising it has such low ratings given how wonderful our experience was. The prices were comparable to other fried chicken joints too. I'd go back!

Time: 5pm Sunday Food Ordered: Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken, Spaghetti, and Pineapple Drink Pros: -Spicy chicken was really pleasantly spicy! -Chicken sandwich is not as spicy as the chicken. -Mashed Potatoes and gravy were good. -Spaghetti came with hot dogs and was sweeter than your typical spaghetti. -Pineapple drink is absolutely delicious! -Great service. Very nice people! Cons: -Little longer of a wait for fast food, but not awful. -Spicy chicken could be too spicy for some, but delicious for me.

We pass here whenever we come for a checkup at Straub Kapolei but never tried it. Hubs had to run an errand so instead of the food court or our pho go to I placed an on line order. I saw there was a $10 off $30 for on line orders but just couldn't access the special. I had some difficulty placing the order 3 times and somehow we got a mashed potato I don't remember ordering. The determination to try their food was strong so I completed the order without the discount. I added the spaghetti for an additional $1.50, what a deal. I enjoy Filipino spaghetti cuz it's on the sweeter side. The portion was just right. I placed two meals with spicy and original chicken. Our 3 drinks tasted fine, I liked the pineapple one since it was new to me.

I'd like to give 5 star but my favorite chickenjoy missing 1 pc. Should be 10pcs in a bucket but its 9pcs only ??. Can't go back immediately to complain coz I'm 18miles away from Kapolei??. Next time I will check and count before leaving the store.

Wanted to get a quick bite on our way back to the Windward side from an event in Kapolei. The drive-thru line was long, but ok, no problem; it was a Saturday night around 8pm, and they were busy. I should've known just to say, "No thanks, cancel that part of my order," when the drive-thru clerk said that a chicken item was taking an extra 10 minutes, but I wasn't given the option to cancel. When I went to the second window to pay and get my food I was given everything but that particular chicken item and told to park anywhere in the lot, and the rest of my food would be brought out to me. First, how are you going to know which car belongs to what order when I just park anywhere? (Maybe they have cameras? I still don't know how that would work.) So I anxiously wait almost 20 minutes for the food to be brought out, wondering how they'll know which car is mine. Then, I go inside, with my daughter in tow, to check on my order thinking they couldn't find me. It is still not ready. I wait another 10 minutes inside, and the item is finally ready. This was anything but fast food. I should have just driven off after waiting 15 minutes for the one item instead of waiting almost 30 minutes before it was finally ready.

Don't bother ordering online. I ordered online and it took over 25 min to get my order. It would have probably been faster to just walk in and order. People who walked in to order got their food before me?!! It looks like they prioritize drive thru and dine in and don't care about the online orders. Can't leave because you have to prepay. This is unacceptable because I work and only have a 30 min lunch period. Should have gone to one of the other restaurants in KaMakani because they've always been on time or early
