Finally returned after a couple of years since hadn't been in the area. The Kougimon was flakey but the butter sugar glaze made it quite firm or maybe it was overdone. Tried the Pho-ggie and meat Bahn mi sandwiches at $14.99 each. The Meat Bahn mi was delicious and included cilantro and pickled veg. Should have just eaten a Mates hotdog instead of the Pho-ggie so disappointing. Service was good.

Interesting menu - food was excellent, portions small. DOES NOT TAKE CASH!!!Had a couple thousand on me to spend on our group but couldn't... Ridiculous.Chairs SUCK - all metal, supposed to be edgy/trendy just comes across as cheap and uncomfortable - you don't want to stay there and hangout which is why no one really does, sad missed opportunity because right by the movies and other restaurants there are definitely catering to making it dinner and a movie.

Had 2 transactions in my bank from these guys because someone decided they wanted to tip themselves $4.90. I only tip when I order in person ( was an online order) and get to actually experience the customer service.

Located in Kapolei Commons situated next to the Regal Theater and Paniolo's, La Tour is an excellent little pit stop for a snack, lunch, and hand crafted drinks. We ordered the li hing mini lemonade and mint H20 which were both very refreshing and light on a very hot Kapolei day. The larges were perfect sized and can easily be shared between two people and still very filling. I recommend the mint H2O as the healthier and less sugary of the two options. The service was extremely efficient and polite. I order came out quick and it's self service and can be picked up at the order counter. The packaging and straws are all sustainable. The eatery is large and can fit multiple families of 4+. It was nice and quiet and allows for intimate conversations and peaceful eating. The AC is strong which was appreciated after walking around the outside shopping center in the sun. The drinks were a little pricey but worth it, recommend as a good stop if you have Keiki and don't want a heavy meal.

La Tour Cafe used to be our go to especially their Pearl City location. We hadn't been for a while now and I found out Pearl City location closed which was such a bummer. We were in Kapolei and decided to go back for old times sake but was soooo disappointed! I'm really hoping it was just a fluke but not sure. The prices are high but that's to be expected with everything now days but we were expecting the same quality and quantity. We got the French Dip sandwich and the Meatball Bahn Mi which were our favorites. The French dip with cheese was about $23 but when we got the sandwich there was hardly any meat! The picture was exactly what it looked like and the other half of the sandwich wasn't filled much either. We took it back to the counter and asked for more meat since we paid $23 (and that's just for the sandwich, fries not included) and they said that they portion the meat ahead of time and can't give us more meat! Also the meatballs are super small and I feel like they reduced to amount of meatballs they put in the sandwich. It used to be full and packed and now you can barely see the meatballs! I really hope they don't start overlooking quality of their food because I would hate to see this place go out of business but for the amount the customer is paying this is so disappointing.

I guess this is a somewhat new location. Located in Kapolei commons right next to the theatre. The restaurant is airconditioned clean with wooden tables and rustic metal chairs. The method is the same as other location...pay at the counter and they bring your food out to you. If you buy a drink theres a soda self serve fountain. The staff was cool and dilligent in their duties. The food was burgers..sandwiches..soups..fries..etc The burgers was anywhere from $13 and up and dont come with fries. In my opinion prices was high and not a good value. Alot of other places out there that is a better value... The food was good but not worth the prices. I Most likely wont be returning...Alot of restaurants in the area as better options.

Plenty of parking with lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Came here to study a bit-- good chill vibes. Total came out to be about $17 for four Macarons + a small lychee lemonade. Love the macarons here (especially the strawberry ones). We got the mango and matcha strawberry macs this time, both were good as always. Also love the Mac n cheese here! Didn't get it this time but it's always a favorite here. Tried the lychee lemonade for the first time today but...it was ok (more lemonade than lychee). Probably wouldn't get again.

I'm a huge fan of La tour... we usually go to the PearlCity location for macarons... but we were at kapolei and wanted to get some to go. Ordered our usual... salted caramel and Oreo. Can't go wrong with these flavors but for some reason, the salted caramel tasted really off... something was wrong with the batter. I thought it was me but the next day, my daughter took a bite and couldn't finish the rest. The Oreos was still killers so we were happy... but the price has gone up ( which is understandable) but to pay $43 for 12 and tip is kind of ridics. The staff was okay... they did their job so I added tip. I always try to add tip even for take out. Hopefully it was just a fluke. We will definitely be back. Just a little disappointed.

I never knew great macarons were so accessible on this side of the island! They have a wide variety of macarons and pastries, then the food, OMG soooo delish! It is a bit pricey, but it is worth it as they take pride to ensure great quality and taste in their food. They also sell crafted teas, coffee, and lattes. I’ve tried the tuna melt and the falafel salad outside of their mouthwatering macarons. I have had my fair share of falafels and these by far are the best! So full of flavor! I had Balsamic Vinegar Dressing and I could tell that it was made in-house. I’m sure whatever you try here you will love.Vegetarian options: Salad, Falafel Burger.Parking: Plenty of spots on the front and side of the building.

Everything from the pizzas to the sandwiches and burgers, fries and desserts are delicious. The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is the price. Menu is on the pricier side.

GO FOR THE MACAROONS! There has to be at least 20 different flavors... This place is a walk-up counter service.. You order they give you a number, have a seat and wait for your food to come. I had their new Wagyu Beef Melt! And... It... Was... Tasty! You can choose to sit inside with Air conditioning or Outside and watch the Movie-goers go by.

Love to visit this place day or night... consistent quality and delicious food!!! Best place for a light and tasty sweet. My favorites are the La Tour burger, bahn mi fries, French onion soup and apple or original or churro kouign-amann The fast and friendly staff make this one of my Kapolei Commons go to spots! Marc is MARVELOUS!

Food is good. This place used to be okay value, but recently it's value has tanked. Current prices are not reflected in the menu, and they don't ever tell you that it's different. I paid $11.44+tax extra (advertised as $9.99, but real pre-tax price on receipt) to add basic fries and a drink to my meal, and the latour coffee I got was literally filled to the top with ice before coffee was added (I took a pic). Sipped down in less than a minute. Small fountain drink (same size as water cup but without a lid) was also $4.50. Absolutely worst value ever.
