I've been coming to this location lately with my two kids & let me tell you (Brealyn) is one of the best customer service workers I've come by thus far. Her cheerful attitude makes it all better. I was stuck on a few bowl selections and she was able to narrow it down. Her quick service was also noticed. I was standing in line behind a group of kids and the line was quite long and she came out and took my order and got it out to me. Our order was made before I could pay which made it all easier when having kids. Mahalo again Brealyn

My mom goes to this place and lately the Acai bowls don’t taste good. The “fresh fruit” they claim is fresh but it’s not. It tastes like it’s been frozen and thawing out. If it was fresh it wouldn’t taste like frozen fruit. My mom told me that keep it on top of a freezer! That’s the issue. Like if what the heck! I don’t want to taste frozen fruit if it’s fresh! Service is good but quality is terrible! Told her not to buy it for me anymore. Not worth eating anymore!

This location has never been our favorite. 1st choice Kakaako & never been to other locations. but been coming to this location since it's the closest to home. Even pre-covid. Never bothered to review until now. Unsure what has changed since Februrary, but it is WAY better than before. I would've rate this location with 2 stars. Other half's 2nd time since stating that it's better and my 1st time since his statement. Our usual order Kailua Monkey & Almond Loko Loko (formerly Almond Monkey). I don't know what it is, whether if it's a change in brand, measurement, or portion of ingredients, but smoothies now taste like our 1st choice of location. *review is mainly on flavor. Note on customer service from some employees, especially the person behind the register: please communicate with costumers rather than being mute & staring at the customer, assuming they can read your mind whether you're ready to take an order or if you want them to continue with the rest of their order after you have punched in an item.

Janna is amazing! She memorized our order after 1 visit. The pitaya bowl is delicious. The fruit is so fresh and flavorful. The honey is the perfect sweet balance. I also loved her recommendation of the immunity shot since everyone around the resort is sick. I highly recommend this location and hope they open one in my hometown. I'd be there every day.

The service was great but this establishment should not be open to the public. The cleanliness was seriously lacking - it felt like the place was falling apart. Looking behind the counter was even worse. The ceiling vent was filled with dust and at any moment I feel like it could have gotten into the food. This place needs a serious re-do.

I work near and always come in for some Acai Extravaganza, the bowl is just full of good stuff. Acai extravaganza has banana, strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, organic quinoa puffs & granola for topping and the blended base got organic acai, strawberry, banana & apple juice. I always get the medium size which is about 10-12 dollars with tip and tax included. I got a smoothie but I forgot which one i tried and and I didn't like it. The service is good and girls that work there are fast and friendly. They have a clean store and nice environment. I am only giving them 4 star because the parking is busy if you are coming around noon, it's hard to find parking.
I've only started coming here a couple months ago. And I love it! I always get there acai bowls (superfood) Taylor recommended it to me since it was on of her favorites and I'm glad I listened! The service is always nice, she's always happy to see me and my family come in. And her baby that tags along a few times needs a raise lol! It's like having a little mascot for the store. Local music is always playing when I come so it's nice to get island vibes while we eat away. Thank you Taylor for being great to us!

Title: The Kailua Monkey never disappoints! I recently visited Lanikai Juice at their Kapiolei location, and as a loyal fan of the classic Kailua Monkey, they did not disappoint. Conveniently, I walked over from the DMV, and the refreshing atmosphere welcomed me. I was pleased to find a kids size option, perfect for my appetite. However, the ambiance was underwhelming during my visit, possibly due to renovations, not sure. The customer service was just okay, as the worker seemed preoccupied and didn't greet me. Despite these drawbacks, the Kailua Monkey was as delicious as ever, making it worth a return visit. I hope to see the inviting ambiance and friendly service restored in the future.

Very mid. I expected more. The açaí doesn't really have the texture of açaí. It reminded me almost like a smoothie. There also wasn't a big variety of toppings like I expected.
