Tried to order from this small shop, hoping it was better than Panda Express next door. Nope. Sadly disappointed. Worse Chicken Katsu I've ever had. The oil that was used seemed like it was reused multiple times. Chicken and the crust was extremely tough and taste was not good. Threw away more than half of my order. First and last time ordering.

I will never come back to this place and I won't recommend this place because bad service I spend over $70 I asked for extra napkins for wipe my hands after eating a spicy chicken the cashier or the workers give me a 1 napkin and I asked for more because my hands was greasy then she gave me a attitude. I told here be nice I'm your customer she looks mad ? ? ?

Was looking for something light/fresh to eat that wouldn't break the bank. Of all the restaurants in this area this one fit that bill the closest. I got the spicy beef ramen. It was a little bit spicier than I usually like, but it wasn't bad. The portion was perfect size with lots of noodles and meat. Once I got used to the spice level I enjoyed it.

Very mediocre food. If you're craving basic, quick ramen then I guess this is the place for you. I do like their mochiko chicken though! And their bakery goods are good too. I ordered curry fried rice the other day and it was incredibly bland. A joke. I had to throw it on a pan and add my own seasonings to it to give it life.

Very disappointing experience. The ramen, which should have been the star of the show, was incredibly disappointing. The fried rice was extremely bland, as was the chicken katsu. Mochiko chicken and gyoza were merely OK. Portion sizes were unimpressive. There's a much better ramen place just down Kapolei Parkway, take the extra few minutes and go there instead.

This place is good with a variety of ramen and pastries to choose from, menu prices are reasonable. They give a lot for what you pay for. Cute little takeout place located inside kamakana Alii mall. They customer service is great i give them 10 stars. I had put in a phone order for me and my family (about 3 meals) and I walked in with my 2 year old I paid my food and saw my food was in a soda box. They worker was so kind to help me walk it to my car because my 2 year was sleeping in my arms. Thank you Nagoya for such great customer service. I wasn't able to take pics of my food but trust me it was so good I ate it in less than 5 minutes

Shut this place DOWN already lol. First an foremost the lady behind the counter is RUDE AF! I'm ESL so I'm aware of the language barrier but you are not deaf. Huh?! What?! NO! What?! Number?! SIZE?! Super sharp and demanding... Anyways we ordered food and sat right out side the doors. I kept hearing this snapping sound. I'm looking around and I see the same lady. CUTTING HER FINGER NAILS!!! Behind the counter!!! You don't have control of where the nail goes after clipping them. Smh... go at your own risk.I you like Nagoya ramens Ramen.... You THINK you like Ramen

Nagoya Ramen & Bakery is great in any weather. I especially love ramen when the weather is bad. Service is quick and the prices are great. You can get ramen with so many different sides and free gyoza with a regular purchase from 2:00-5:00 pm. Cashiers are nice and their bakery treats are delicious. Tons of parking at Ka Makana Ali'i and lots a great covered outdoor seating to enjoy your ramen.
