Bad service and small portions.Not gonna support them again.I usually go here but I am making a decision to stop coming.Food is good but the rice is always dry and hard.The portions are small.All the girls have attitudes except two girls that are super helpful and friendly. All the others shouldn't be working there.

Very upset. Added guacamole for $3.50 and there is no guacamole on my burrito. Ordered lime for extra change and did not receive lime. I feel cheated and I'm not happy. Maybe someone can tell me how you can make a burrito with at least 8 ingredients yet has 0 flavor. Not happy, especially for the price. Certainly wouldn't recommend ordering online. Please for the love of God pick up some salt and cumin. And yall are really cheap for using romaine lettuce. Smh.

We make the drive from Windward side because the food is consistently delicious and fresh, and the service is always friendly with a smile. Even when the food is great, I will skip a place with bad service. After all, who needs that? But these three young folks are friendly and respectful and take pride on serving good food. Impressive.

Love this place. Tired Paniolos for the first time in October 2023 after learning from my boss that its like the hawaii version of chipotle. Ive only tried the chciken bowl with all the fixings. The salsa verde was delish and the bowl its self hit the spot. Now I always crave for paniolos all the time but ive only had it on one other occasion which was a few days ago. The staff is also very friendly and i love that the fountain drinks are refillable haha. I think next time i'll try their tofu protein option. Oh and i love how they have a bench type seating outside, love to eat my bowl outside and watch the cars drive by especially on a nice day.

A great place for healthy eating. I had the bowl with brown rice, black beans, and steak. They have several types of salsa, cilantro, onions, jalapeños, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. Portion size is good for a nice meal. Great service and friendly staff. I eat there several times per month.

The salsas are real good and make everything taste better. I appreciate that the food is healthy overall. Service is quick but higher quality than a fast food place.There are vegetarian options also. The staff is quite helpful. It's not expensive. The room is not very inviting. It's just for a place to eat when you're hungry. Only counter service.
So disappointed. I paid a pretty good amount for this paniolo bowl only to come home with it having HELLA soup it in bec the girl who made my bowl didn't drain the meat good. If you look close enough in the corner of the take out container, you'll still see some liquid. Did realize paniolo meat tastes like corn beef which I'm not really a big fan of. I really wanted to like this place but it's a no for me.

Just try to get extra salsa or salsa on the side so you can dip your burrito in it. Everything is good, but you just can’t taste the salsa when you have a burrito here, idk why.

Food was bland and everything looked old, like very old, like it was just sitting out all day. I was honestly kinda scared i would get food poisoning. Got charged $1 for an extra scoop of salsa. Definitely not worth the money and wont be back.
