You guy need to update your hours if you open or close. Lose money driving from Waipahu to support your business

Walked in this kapolei location on two different occasions and they didn't have what my son wanted most... fried chicken skin and the worker was less than enthused to be disturbed. Also, don't call the number listed, it belongs to someRandom dude named Chris. Lol. Parking is tight around here.

Don't eat here!!! The owners are crooks! They scam people, don't pay their rent/obligations and don't pay their employees. Take your money elsewhere and don't support EVIL PEOPLE!!!

Love their drinks and corn. I assume the owner was working when we went; he was really cool/had a nice conversation. Decided to pop by since we were getting lunch for my husband next door. Their drinks to me are better then the usual place we go upper location (s7). But I really enjoy their corn, so did my son who said he didn't want but decided to devour the whole thing.

Did not know this place existed until I went to pick up dinner from another eatery next door. Decided to give it a try, went for lunch the next day, walked in and the lady sitting behind the counter said "Sorry No Hot foods today!" Only thing I saw was Macaroons. Walked out dissapointed!

Good food, got the cheese elote and macaroons, both were very good and fair price. Service was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was inviting and cute.

Pinoy's Best is Such a Disappointment! It's false advertising.Because they are not Pinoy's Best!Earlier this week, I went to Pinoy's Best Cafe in Kapolei, and I could not believe the lack of customer service but also the poor quality of the food being sold there for an outrageous price.I called their number, and they don't have a working number to order or to see what they have.I arrived at the store at about 730 pm all of the food looked old and drying out.The server / supervisor Renz said the food was delivered in the morning, and nothing is cooked on location. I called my wife, and she wanted to try the pork adobo and the pinakbet. I did not order anything for myself.I told supervisor Renz that the food looked old and I can't believe they would charge full price. He gave me portion sizes of a baby's hand for my 2 choices and then 2 scoops of rice the size of 2 softballs. I questioned him about the portion size, and he said his Manager Maria told him that is the portion size. I told the server to tell his Manager Maria that I would be posting a review. After leaving I decided to pickup a Kalbi veggie plate from Pearl Korean Barbecue, because I wanted my wife to have a good meal.My wife said Pinoy's Best rice was gummy and the portions were tiny and died out.The following day I received a note from Maria apologizing and to come in, and she would make it right. I decided to post a review because they need to improve food quality and customer service. The food is in trays and doesn't have any cover, so it is exposed to the elements for 14+ hours. Now that's old!!They opened the Kapolei location August 29th 2022 and to not have a working phone is inexcusable when I told this to supervisor Renz he gave me his cell 808679XXXX. I called the number and he does not answer. I left a voicemail but he never returned my call.I would be happy to remove this review. If they train employees how to greet and treat customers. The Food needs to be cooked there and not 14 hours old.I can't see paying $24 for what I received. for a gummy rice plate with a tablespoon of sides.I prefer to drive to Waipahu and go to Thelma's, where the food is fresh and the service is outstanding.

Tried the ube cheesecake and a ube boba smoothie. When I went to go order I saw flies on the food and my son had pointed it out. The girl who did the register was aware and instead of dumping the food she mixed it together. When I got my smoothie, it was super bland with something at the bottom that tasted like cake batter. The ube cheesecake wasn't that great either. We wanted to like it since they just opened.

This was 1choice plate from the new Pinoy's Best in Kapolei. $13. I wanted to give it a try since I just seen that they recently opened. 7pm and it was a slow night. Maybe I'll try a desert or drink next time
