This location takes WAY TOO LONG for delivery. Ordered through Uber eats, sat on “preparing order” for an hour+, and we don’t have that kind of time so I had to cancel. Now I’m slapped with a $65 cancellation fee because this location can’t do its job and get food out. Won’t ever order from here again.

I have to say I'm unhappy doing this review only because I've always enjoyed Pizza Hut in this location and in the islands. I am giving it only a 3 star, which might be a little high by people. I'm unhappy because the business seems so much reduced from what it previously was. I walked in and their dining room was closed off, which I couldn't fault them due to the economy, but my wife and I enjoyed eating at Pizza Hut. Yes, their pizzas aren't the cheapest, but they were usually consistently always good throughout the years. Their menu items have been cut back, so it is harder to find items that I would've normally caught my eye. I ordered a thick crust Pan Chicken & Vegetarian Pizza, which my wife enjoyed easily, and it wasn't salty and a few days old by the time she had a piece. I loved their vegetarian pizza, with fresh vegetables and chicken with a creamy sauce. The staff looked short shorthanded, but it was lunch-take-out and early in the day, so with no dine-in service, a minimal crew was needed for take-out orders. I hope business picks up for them as I still considered them good on their pizzas.

This evening we ordered pizza that wasn’t cooked long enough, chicken that was still very soft and soggy that I had to put it in the air fryer and overly cook cheese stick. The dine in is closed only takeout. You get good pizzas and good service. I have been to several Pizza Hut franchises but I seem to like their pizzas.

Normally my go to pizza spot. Today, I ordered a large supreme and a large pepperoni. Both pizzas were burned, hardly any cheese on my pepperoni and the pizza was supposed to be "hand tossed" but it was more like thin crust. Not sure what is going on but very disappointed. Maybe the football Sunday overwhelmed them.

Employees are always nice and food is always on time. If it's not they compensate you (even without you saying anything). That type of honesty is hard to find.
I will not Return.U Understand the price will increase after Covid..it is what it is...Yet..I ordered a Medium Meat Lovers with 2x cheese....Nadas...it not Only came out dry..there was not the Cheese I ordered...when I brought it to the attention...they claim..it's there... Seriously!?...No Tomato sauce..No Cheese...Hello. and they tried to Over Charge me.Sorry...I got my Refund...I should and will Continue to go to Waianae.. Nanakuli is More t8fht then a Paakkkeeehh.---I will continue to make my Own Pizza @ Home...at the least...My Pizza is NOT Dry...and Has Cheese.

I ordered the garlic Parmesan boneless chicken wings. HUGE MISTAKE! The chicken was SO SALTY that it’s given me and my husband horrible headaches. To add insult to injury, when I tried calling them to speak with a manager, I got transferred to a mainland number and got a recording saying they are closed. I ordered my food at 3:45 pm and received it at 4:34 pm. I then took to the web and tried clicking on the “CONTACT US” which also, like their food and their service......DOESN’T WORK! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement!!! I’m fricken pissed. I want my money back and I refuse to accept “NO” for an answer. I’m usually very patient and understanding but you folks really pissed me off today and I won’t EVER be buying from you folks again!

My kids love pizza so we order often. I am not a patient person. LOL. With that being said, I like to place my order online a head of time and pop in to pick it up. A good thing about ordering online is that you can view their deals, and customize your order (toppings, slices, pick up time, etc.) AND you can earn points which you can accumulate towards rewards. There were a few instances where I needed my order immediately, and it was ready within 15 minutes. BUT there were a few times that my order was wrong (wrong custom topping, wrong number of slices). The manager had it corrected. When you go to pick up your food, it always seems a little unorganized and chaotic in there, but I don't expect much from fast food restaurants. Definitely recommended for fast and easy dinner during the week.
