The place was quiet and I thought it was closed when I walked in. The pizza didn’t have the extra sauce as requested and the light cheese was not honored either. Quality control needs a step up here. The breadsticks were delicious though!

I had put in my order at 7:05pm, said it would be ready by 7:20pm and I got the confirmation text saying that it was ready . Got to the store at 7:35pm and cashier said it’s not ready just waiting on the cheese sticks . Waited patiently (fyi im 5 months pregnant) and around 7:50pm the same cashier asked what I was waiting for . At that point I kinda wanted to cancel and get my refund because it doesn’t take half an hour for cheese sticks to be made . Order came out at 8:00pm and cashier threw in an extra breadsticks for the wait . I understand they are working very hard but they have the most workers in the back and every worker seemed confused . I wasn’t the only one waiting for orders . I think they should either change their estimated time of orders being ready , call if the orders are gonna be late or get new workers .

This location is horrible!! On Sunday, Feb 11 2024, I placed an online order at 1:25 pm. for delivery. I received no phone call or updated status of my order. I had to physically go to the location after waiting over 2 1/2 hours. Then when I get there. I am asked by the customer service rep if I want to wait an additional 7 min for a rush order. ARE YOU KIDDING!!! I asked for a refund. Not to mention, you can't even get a direct call to the store. The number listed goes to a call center who is incompetent on looking up orders. If I could give no stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Will never order from this location again!!! You would not believe how many people were waiting for orders when I arrived. All late orders going out to people tons of door dashers waiting!! SMH

We ordered food online an hour before super bowl on Sunday 02/11/24. We were expected to wait 2 hours for our pizza. Without hesitation we were fine with the wait. Around the two hour mark we realized our order had a cheese pizza but it wasn't charged on their end. We patiently waited and through our end the app told us our order should be on the way. It then turned into 6 hours of waiting for our order. We called the store and they asked us "did we make an order?" A second time over the phone we told them our order. Now I know you guys were busy but really? 6 hours for a damn pizza that you advertised and you ask us if we've ordered. Also 50% off the order when we waited 6 HOURS for and still didn't get the cheese pizza we order the second time. I know that you all were busy because of the Super Bowl but to wait 6 hour and forget the cheese pizza a second time we ordered is just not the way. Like PIZZA WHUT?

In Oahu Pizza is expensive! But Pizzahut has some good deals. The New Yorker extra large one topping is HALF the cost of most other pizza places.(pick up deal) It's only slightly more than the $11 Costco pizzas. They are busy though and you can be stuck waiting on busy nights.

Food was good and fresh. Wait was a little longer than expected, but the cashier gave us extra bread sticks for the longer wait. Spicy garlic wings were delicious! Great service!!
dont get me wrong..I LOOVE PIZZA HUT PIZZAS!! but i ordered my pizza here for my lunch break and this is the outcome. I am very disappointed that not only it came out all over the places but also the undercooked dough. Pizza Hut is and will always be my favorite pizza place, ill give this place another shot tho but i wont get my hopes up.

Ruined my family 's Halloween party! We ordered for our party hoping it would be delivered by 5 pm but eta said 6:20pm. We juggled activities around and when 6:20 came......no delivery. At 7pm my husband tried calling and kept getting some mainland guy who couldn't even help us. The kids were hungry and I got so upset after he kept getting the run around for 30 minutes I made him cancel the order. I ended getting McDonald's because we couldn't even get the four pizzas we had ordered!!!! The staff didn't even seem to care. So ridiculous!

Pizza Hut is lacking more than usual.Thought to give it another chance but once again Pizza Hut is still disappointing. Order 24pc boneless wings,half buffalo & half Parmesan but instead we received all Parmesan. On top of that the Alfredo is straight milk & breadsticks was dry. Overall we're very dissatisfied with Pizza Hut service & quality,plus they don't deliver to Ewa.

Horrible. I ordered delivery and takeout. Hard cinnamon sticks, no garlic as requested. I swear yall need to clean house. When I was there the poor aunty at the front was asking the boys in the back to answer the phone cause she was swamped and they picked up and hung up the phone and laughed about it. Horrible!
