Their food is good, but every time I've been here, I'll wait at the door for longer than I'd like to admit. It's always the same guy busting his butt to take care of their customers, and the food may or may not take long to get to you. The arcade is great and pretty up to date.It's just a very inconsistant experience, but we go there because it is cleaner than our beloved Fun Factory (RIP).Can't beat the convenient location, especially because it's a popular destination in the evening.To that bartender/server/cleaner, you know who you are, you make the experience worth it. Your hard work is always noticed.

We really appreciate how close to us this place is. We don't always have to go to town to get the kids to an arcade so we have come here a lot. Every time we go, the kids working are always so helpful and attentive. They try to resolve issues quickly if games aren't in order and they're super patient when the kids are taking the time deciding their prizes for the day.This place is in Johnny Rockets so if your hungry or want a good milkshake then you are in luck. The burgers are decent and the fries and appetizers are good.If you're at this mall, stop by. It's a good place to hang out away from the hot sun and have some fun with the games. And when you're there with those 21+, l**** buys shots at the bar.

We had our son's 6th birthday here and got the a packaged deal which charged $22.95 per guest. We got 2 pizzas, 24 wings, and 2 pitchers of either soda or Coors. You also got $25 card for games. This place was a great fit for us. Dave N Busters was more expensive and too sprawled out to watch smaller kiddos. Fun Factory is cheaper, but it doesn't include food... or beer. Plus, at Rock n Fun they said you can walk around with your drink. At Fun Factory, you have to keep your food/drink in the designated areas. Staff was very attentive. We were there on a Saturday for lunch and it wasn't crowded. Food was decent and they have TVs showing football games. Games and prizes for kids, football and beer for the parents. Good value and I would book another birthday here.
We celebrated our daughter birthday here, eat and play it was fun for little ones. The milk shake, burger and fries not bad but then again its the Fun thats the reason why they smiling.

The employees were obviously all on drugs. I worked in the restaurant industry a long time and that level of completely unaware can only be drug induced. Watched one of the employees walk up to the food window, look at his hand in disgust, try to shake off whatever gross substance that was on his hand, which he eventually wiped on his pant. Then he grabbed OUR food and brought it to the table. Im terrified to ever go near this place again.

Was my first time here with my wife & kid & probably my last it was not as good as I was expected I mean the other one in Pearlcity was great I'm surprised I should have read the reviews before hand but I trusted it would be different so I came in to try myself the food is over priced then u have to by every thing separate which makes no sense. Windows was dirty as could be just looked like no effort in cleaning the place they need more workers not chilling. next time I'll eat some were else In the mall area.
