My favorite drink is the Pink Dragon and I've had it from multiple locations however they made it a little sweeter than most places and the syrup was stuck at the bottom. Also, zero stars for ordering through the Yelp App which is fulfilled through GrubHub. Placed my order, paid and waited for confirmation. Didn't get confirmation for 30 min, so I called and the store to see what was going on. They saw my order and said they would make it now. I asked to cancel since it was so late already but they said I would have to cancel on the app which I tried to do. I would have had to call Yelp or GrubHub which is another headache I didn't want to deal with. I'm not sure if the store is at fault for not paying attention to their online order system or if it was an issue with the App. Either way, if you decide to order online, I would call immediately after to make sure they've received it.

Ok service! Although, the cashier wasn't too friendly and gave no greeting, no 'thank you', and no 'you're welcome' whatsoever. I ordered two drinks which were the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and the Taro Milk Tea w/ boba and it was pretty good! The boba wasn't too hard or mushy it was soft and chewy. Inside of the cafe wasn't too shabby and there was air conditioning inside. The seating was ok because it was kind of small inside there. There was music, and it was kept well-clean!

Doordashed two drinks. Mine was good however I noticed on doordash I couldn't find an option for a regular viet coffee so I ordered the viet black coffee and added condensed milk and wrote in the comments if they could make it Vietnamese style. It came with very little condensed milk which I paid an extra $1.25 for. In addition the drink was like not even filled up. Unless it's supposed to be that way?

This review is for the kapolei location. The 2 stars are for the drinks, which were tasty if not exactly what we expected. The 2 girls behind the counter were emotionless & unfriendly. No greetings, no thank yous, no your welcome or even acknowledgment when we said thank you. Should've gone to Infinitea across the street.

Great selection of different types of tea. They also have coffee options, which is rare at bubble tea locations. Music can sometimes be a bit too loud, but that's the only negative I can think of.

The drinks were great. We ordered the Taro Smoothie with Boba and Caramel Frappe. The boba in my smoothie was cooked perfectly and my drink wasn't too sweet the way I like it. The Caramel Frappe was very good too and it tasted like it had a hint of mocha. Teaspresso was a great find

if you've been a loyal customer for years, you know duy and twee. if you know duy and twee, you know that they cared about the quality of their drinks, their relationship with customers, the ethic of their employees, and the ambiance of their store. as of late, it seems that the new management has no longer been able upkeep that attentiveness. i know other previously regular customers have noticed this as well, because even now, business is not nearly as lively as it used to be. when there used to be 3 or 4 high energy and personable baristas, there are now only 1 or 2. the drinks maintain their quality, however, sometimes i question their cleanliness. i once noticed an employee drop the cup used to brew drinks on the floor, and instead of properly washing it, she briefly rinsed it in the sink and put it back up on the counter used to brew. i used to enjoy the energy of the employees as they made drinks, talked story with us, and played great music, but that energy has been absent for a while. the music played over the speaker even plays ads which is unusual.

Had to pay again for a drink i drop by accident that I didn’t even get to drink from and the second drink barely had any toppings compared to the first. Very disappointing!!

Underwhelming. Poor customer service, barely acknowledged I was there, tea was flat tasting and overall underwhelming. Maybe it was an off day because I’m not sure how their drinks or their service would be 5 stars. Would not stop here again. There is indoor seating but it did not feel welcoming overall.

I’ve had the most fantastic drink here once. Followed up the next three drinks with subpar, flavorless drinks and hard boba. the reason for the low rating truly is due to the inconsistency. I’ve ordered the same drink every time and it’s never been the same upon them making it.Looks pretty enough

Super fast and kind service. This location actually has seating and is a nice place to hangout. Just wish that they would play music. Matcha latte milk tea 50% sweetness. (10/10). Boba is nice and soft. Can't go wrong here.
