I ordered the seasonal chocolate and mint ice blended with and extra shot of espresso. I'm not a mint fan but decided on giving it another shot (pun intended). It was so good I came back the next day. The mint wasn't strong, which I like, and the chocolate was balanced out with the coffee taste from the espresso shot. I hope this isn't just seasonal. So hard not to keep coming back for these. There wasn't a line but they also made it fairly quickly. Staff was great at answering whatever questions I had. And fyi. They had a "pure" version and that meant no caffeine. That wasn't for me that day hence the extra shot.

If zero stars was an option, I'd be able to rate this location accordingly. I sent my boyfriend into Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at Ka Makana Alii. He walked out 10mins later with no coffee, why is that? Apparently this morning (12/03/23, 9:40am-9:50am) there was only one barista on the floor (male) while the other two baristas hid in the back (Mind you a line began to build up.) No one acknowledged my boyfriend even though they saw him, seeing as he was standing at the register patiently waiting to give his order. I've already had a poor experience with the female manager at this location, I guess that explains the poor service this location provides. The entire staff could use more training in customer service, seriously short staffed. Extremely disappointed, especially being a mall employee.

The barista needs improvement in customer service. Coffee Bean has a pretty well-known issue with its payment terminal and it doesn't look like Sullivan is going to be fixing it anytime soon. Well I used to go to coffee bean every day and my card worked fine. Well this particular day my card did not work, so I had to use a different card and this barista was so rude to me as if it was my fault their machine doesn't work!

Shopping at Foodland Kapolei is always an adventure......my main focus was getting a Birthday Cake for my Gran Girl....so here I go...bakery Dept here I come....so many cakes...so little time....I saw a refrigerated section with beautiful fresh Chantilly cakes....Yes!Yes! That's the one I'll get....fortunately there is a awesome young man who can personalize a greeting on the cake....thank you..it was pretty in Pink!!! I had to check out their Gourmet Section...wow so many German goodies....cookies...cakes..candies...and some yummy Stollen to....I'm glad my cousin who lived in Germany always said how she enjoyed these treats!! I if course had to buy a bunch... Oh oh!! I can't leave Foodland without checking The Coffee Bean n Tea shop....so many choices....but I'm curious about this Holiday Drink......."Winter Dream Tea Latte".....yes, I'm ordering one....large please....the Barista was super nice n completed my order quickly....I took my first sip....and WOW....I was transported to Vail Colorado in front of a raging fireplace...looking out to a snow filled field....yes...this drink is All about the Holidays....delightful n warm n yummy!! I'll be back for more....bringing my Besties with me ...so we can enjoy the Holiday Season....despite all the rushing n stressing!!

Service is terrible and slow. One worker while making drinks was talking to an off duty staff member about how another coworker should've been fired for doing who knows what, out loud in the area where you wait for your drinks. Young workers who don't know what being professional means.

Not the friendliest staff .. and quite busy as almost all tables were taken at 1030am .. but there's plenty of outside seating in Ka Makana Ali'i Got a salmon bagel and Vietnamese cold brew. The cream cheese to salmon ratio is off but having the option to toast just the bagel is a win

Located in the food court at Ka Makana Alii, this place is convenient as it is close to the parking lot and you can easily run in and out if you're in a rush. On this day, I ordered a Sea Salt Caramel Latte. I forgot to say extra hot but it was still good. I did not make any modifications and the coffee to milk ratio was perfect. Some places put too much milk or make it extra bitter. The service was good. The employees were courteous and thanked me for coming in. The only downside (hence less one star) is that they charge 51 cents for a cup of water. Hey, if I'm already spending $7 for coffee, they can't give me a small cup of water?
