Wow. Located in food truck heaven. Coming from Texas where beef reigns supreme. This burger was the BEST EVER. I had the Double p. Cooked to perfection. Loaded with fresh toppings. I added bacon and it was thick and about four pieces. If you’re in Maui and craving a burger. This is the only place to go. Oh and the twister fries!!! Crazy good.

Burger boys is located at the South Maui Gardens food truck park and it is phenomenal!!! After our fill of seafood a wagyu burger sounded amazing and it didn’t disappoint. It may have just been the best burger I’ve ever had… especially with the local pineapple on top. My husband loved his with bacon. Definitely try it out! You won’t be disappointed. The atmosphere of the whole park is so chill and relaxing with tons of outdoor seating, string lights overhead and live music. The people were also so nice and fun.Kid-friendliness: Huge area for kids to just run around and burn off energy. Corn toss boards as well. So beautiful!

Best burger on Maui! Ive been to maui several times and this place makes a Bada** burger. Quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. Sidewinder fries are delicious. Also add bbq sauce to your burger its ????. Being from texas and from my travels, ive eaten at a lot of burger places. This place makes my top 3 burger places ive ever eaten. Had it twice on this trip, trying to squeeze in a third (im here for 10 days). If i dont make it a third time ill definitely be back next year. Its a must try! The owner is also very friendly. To some saying its too expensive or price being high, you should know what to expect when you come to the islands- cost of living, ingredients, and labor are a lot more than most places on mainland. Its just the facts of life when visiting here. Also ive eaten at gordon ramsay burgers in vegas, which i think is pretty solid burger but are about the same prices as here- however i think burgers boys meat juicy cheesy burger is definitely better than gordon ramsays. The food truck park its located at is also one of the best food truck parks ive ever seen… and im from austin where we have lots of them.

This place is good but really overrated. I know it’s Hawaii but their prices are ridiculous. An average of TWENTY a burger! It was the most expensive burger I’ve had and not even the best. They justify it by saying it’s wagyu beef but you can’t even taste the difference. It’s overkill. Their fries are also like 12 bucks! So burger/fries are $30+ it’s kinda ridiculous and the staff’s customer service was more “what do you want?” instead of going above and beyond if that’s important to you. I also ordered to go but they gave me my food as if I dined in. Not a big deal but it’s something to note. I won’t visit again when I return to Maui. There are other burger spots with far more reasonable prices.Kid-friendliness: Good spot to take kids as there are other food trucks around.

One of the best burgers my taste buds have ever experienced! The meat was delicious and cooked to perfection. The onion rings were also a great side! Very friendly and great experience!

Maybe I caught them on an off day, but after they lost my order and I waited 25 minutes after a quoted 5 minute wait, I received an incredibly basic burger. While it tasted fine and ingredients were fresh, I did not notice the enhanced richness or flavor usually present with wagyu beef. The burger was incredibly thin - even for a 1/4 pound size - and didn’t seem well seasoned. Most importantly, this “smash” burger lacked the characteristic crisp and crust that should come with a higher fat cut cooked on a high heat grill (enabling a proper Maillard reaction). If you’re hungry in the area, it’s a fine burger but I wouldn’t go out of the way for it given the price and issues I mentioned.

We got to speak to Shaun one of owners and I'm glad we did! He told us a little bit about how the burgers are made and the amount of effort and love that goes into the food speaks volumes. 100% must try!

Ordered the deuce deuce and it was very good. However, the beef patties and the special sauce could’ve had more flavor. Portions are good but pricey. $23 for a burger with no fries or drink is insane, but I would eat there again.

My wife ordered a plain double bacon cheeseburger with their special sauce on the side. They gave us a burger with sauce all over it so I politely asked if they could remake the burger without sauce. The man working was extremely rude and unprofessional, not sure if he is the owner or manager or what, but he seemed like the guy in charge. He told me that my wife lied about the order and he refused to remake it. I tried to reason with him, and he rolled his eyes and and told me that they would make my burger after their long list of orders were caught up, well after I paid in full for my meal, and after I had already been waiting quite a while. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place. Horrible service!
