Very expensive, go to the Shops at Wailea next door if you need anything. Same quality and 75% cheaper.

Very rude place to come if they don’t like to see people on swimming suits they shouldn’t be working where there’s pools and beach.

Wow - simple Ice Cream order turned us off to the entire Resort...too bad we didn't capture a picture to go with this review. Ordered 2 Large Ice Creams in Cups - for $17...then the server started filling my Double - but stopped when i only wanted One Flavor intead of mixing flavors. Then for my wife - she would only use a Single Cup to serve a single flavour - and refused to acknowledge the Double Size order at all when i asked. Yes - may seem like a trivial interaction - but we won't be returning to Grand Wailea Resort.

One banana is $4.19. More expensive than Tokyo or Tribeca.

Decent food, acceptable pricing. Avoid Marites, she’s not the friendliest in the morning.

We tasted quite a number of items during our 5-day stay here at the Grand Wailea. We tried Margarita pizza, Açaí Bowl, the Buddha Bowl, Spicy Hawaiian Pizza, Korean Fried Chicken and the fresh-cut pineapple. Even though this was labeled as a cafe - the food was quite good and was always prepared fresh and the staff were also very nice. The Buddha Bowl was our favorite item; it is a vegetarian bowl with fresh vegetables, chickpeas and hummus. The Margarita pizza was our second favorite. Definitely recommend visiting this restaurant if you have a daily credit to spend as part of your Diamond status.

May be the most I’ve spent on a black drip coffee but it was good and the people were nice.

Came here to use the food credit, otherwise it definitely doesn't worth the price, e.g. $18 for a avacado toast with additional fee for eggs. The breakfast bowl (2 eggs, sausage and patato) generally tasted good, despite it's bit too oily. The breakfast crossiant and avacado toast were also okay. The staff is really nice and friendly.

Breakfast with a view!We needed a nearby place for food before checkout and Loulu fit the bill. They’re a cafe that also sells snacks and souvenir type foods. At first, their menu appeared small but they have good assortment of items. We got some flatbread. I was expecting it to be thin like a tortilla. Instead, the flatbreads were like small pizzas with a thick crust. They were roughly handmolded and about 7”x3” across and 2” thick. Crunchy crust, soft inside, not chewy - a very unique texture. There was enough toppings without making a mess and each one tasted different. They were pre-cut into 3 pieces underneath the eggs. Eggs were perfect. I liked the choice of condiments and tiny tabasco bottles. The flatbreads were extremely filling. I look forward to them on the next trip ?

The main tuck shop for the Grand Wailea hotel. Snacks, baked goods and sandwiches available to go or sit at adjacent tables. An assortment of booze, beer, snacks and some healthy choices available. Not as expensive as the main hotel but not inexpensive either. Convenient location where the shops are. Recommended.

The staff and service is world-class! Vibe is pleasant and ambiance is very Erewhon! Don’t miss that Aloha Sunrise in collab w/Erewhon! You’ll see it advertised all over, got my curiosity…looks like OJ but was pleasantly surprised, it’s pineapple which is so fitting! You need to get this or you’ll miss out! It’s quite refreshingly boosting!

Not as good as on my previous visit due to poor service, maintenance problems with room and extensive building work at the resort causing noise interference and disruption. Still a beautiful and relaxing setting with a lovely beach and location generally but somewhat compromised by the noise of the building work when sitting out on the balcony! Had a problem with the shower over the bathtub not working which took 24hrs to be reviewed and could not be fixed - so the water supply to the bath was turned off making it unusable for the remainder of our stay! Resort felt a little bit "tired" and neglected but hopefully this will be improved on soon. This is an expensive, luxury resort so this was disappointing.

Cancel you reservation if you are visiting for the water park. We booked this hotel for the water slides and lazy river water park. Only found out at check in that the two long water slides are closed for construction. The other water slides are 10 feet long and slow. Also, the "lazy river" has almost no current and you basically just float in place. The adjacent beach is nice but you there are many other hotel options on a nice beach. To top it off their signature tiki themed restaurant is also closed for construction. Other than those shortcomings the property is very well maintained and the lobby and grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately we were mainly there for the water play.
