One of the best, if not THE best meal we had on Maui. We had the classic fish and it was prepared absolutely perfectly. The sauce was top notch, taking the fish to the next level. Both the appetizer and the desert were also excellent.

The best tuna steak is here - service is great. Spicy tuna nachos is absolute love. If you are visiting Maui, don’t miss this restaurant! The place is BYOB so don’t forget a bottle of wine

BYOB for a $10 corkage fee. Keeps this delicious food at an affordable price. Super yum and highly recommend all the things! Super fresh ingredients and lovely service. I wished they told us that there was a fee for splitting a salad tho! Otherwise a must try!

We celebrated my girlfriends bday at Cuatro. We loved it! It's conveniently located to local shops and bars called "The Triangle". We Ubered to dinner since they allowed us to BYOB. Then went bar hopping. Food was amazing. We had the calamari, spicy tuna nachos, salad, and Ribeye. Everything was delicious, especially the calamari and nachos. Staff was very nice, and the price was not bad.

This place is AMAZING! We got the spicy tuna nachos and they were mind-blowing. We also got the 3 course surf and turf special (salad, steak, shrimp, mashed potatoes, green beans, dessert - cheesecake or macadamia/carmel sundae) and it was insanely good, as well. Everything we had was perfectly cook and seasoned. All the staff was nice and we went early so it wasn't too busy. Overall, this was definitely a 15 out of 10 experience.

One of the worst experiences I have had my entire life. My daughter bit down on a large staple fortunately not hard enough to do damage. My wife had Mahi mahi that was inedible and I am hoping we do not get sick tonight. I grew up along the coast, and the fish was not just not fresh but was to the point where it would make you sick. On top of it all the waiter was cold and unfriendly blaming us when we shared the awful findings as we ate. Do not go!

We can’t believe we found this gem. The inside is unassuming but the food and experience was amazing. A few key things to note - You need a reservation (but it’s not 6 months ahead like other places) and it’s BYOB (but that adds to the charm). The service was great and everything we ordered was so tasty. If you bring wine, they’ll happily keep it chilled and pour it for you. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Absolutely phenomenal. It is the best food we had during our one week stay in Maui. They use wonton crisp for the nachos which adds the airy crunchiness to the dish. Their pupu steak is packed with mushroom flavor. And the way they cooked the fish was just perfect to our taste. We ordered the swordfish and didn't expect it to be so tender and juicy, but the way they cooked it made it a little medium rare and just melt in our mouths. Not to mention they split the catch of the day dish to two plates as we wanted to share, it is just so considerate.

We were greeted briskly as we did not have a reservation, even though it was very early and they had plenty of seating. We were given a half full bowl of salad and a half full side of dressing. When we asked for more dressing it came after we were almost done with the salad. We also saw other guests being offered fresh ground pepper over full bowls of salad. The food was fresh and we could tell the chef was excellent. I had the mahi-mahi and prawns which were cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the rib eye which was excellent quality beef but apparently cooked to the chef’s liking and not the customer’s, since my husband asked that it be cooked a little more as it was rare-medium rare and it came back exactly the same. When the bill came we saw we had been charged for the extra dressing! As we left the restaurant a couple overheard our comments and told us they had a bad experience when they arrived without reservations. Perhaps they have it out for people who don’t follow their unspoken protocol like the “soup n**** from the famous episode of Seinfeld LOL I’ve had the soup there in NYC and would gladly abide to get their soup, but I don’t find the food at Cuatro worth towing the line!

Our family had a variety of excellent meals at Quatro. The steak and mushroom appetizer was outstanding and the dinner pre fix combo of both steak and shrimp and fish and shrimp were both excellent. In addition, the shrimp and angel hair pasta was also special. The seating is basic but the service was good and the food excellent.

Loved my main course of swordfish and the sauce was divine. It was the caper I think Lemon sauce and mashed potatoes that were excellent with truffle. My husband's entree was also good. The only slight disappointment was the calamari was a bit chewy and not as flavorful as remembered. The service was odd. I wish I had brought some wine as the staff seemed to help those first and concentrate on. 12 years since our last time in Maui and Cuatro's can wait to see both again.

By reservation only…just a reminder…and worth it! The food and presentation was great. Our server was a tad on the minimal side, and it was still good service, just not as great as the food ? Recommend the spicy nachos, shrimp tacos, and the pupu steak. Also, the ribeye is enormous! ❤️❤️❤️

Surf and surf prix-fixe menu item was delicious - chef prepares wonderful sauce, presentation and lilikoi cheesecake. Highly recommend.
