Worst caesar salad of my life. I'll try again with a burger and see if it's any better.

Food was from a food truck and was just okay. The bartender who was acting as table server was impatient with our kids and walked away from us in the middle of our drink order and sent another (much nicer) server to take care of us. Its a good lunch spot while hanging around the pool, and the live music was nice, I wouldn't recommend it for dinner until the main restaurant is back open

Breakfast menu was limited but food was excellent! Good portions, great fried potatoes and bacon if you get the egg breakfast. Breakfast sandwich is also amazing. Friendly staff. Be aware that if you’re youngish and looking for some night life while staying at the connected Maui Coast Hotel, this probably isn’t it. Clientele was definitely on the older side.

Sad it was just announced that this place is permanently closed at the Maui Coast Hotel. I know there was a lot of great food if you explore out and about but this was perfect and convenient if you were staying at the hotel. I'm sure there will be a new replacement but had such great memories dining here with family and friends through the years. Thank you very much for the delicious food and kind staff.

Not so much food selection, drinks were amazing. Bit on expensive side for what you get. Cant swim in pool if not part of resort.

Happy hour drinks were delicious, strong and reasonably priced, for Maui. Service was slow (as usual on this island). Had to get up and get the server twice. Great ambience...live music poolside. Just know that you can not get into the pool unless you're staying at Maui Coast Hotel.

Been here many times over the years. Drinks are small and expensive. But hey- it's a hotel pool bar. This typically means you're going to pay a premium. The hours for food are kind of spotty. Lots of other choices nearby.

Great happy hour from 3 to 6. Live music from 5 to 7. Good menue and a chef special for 5 dollars. Wine 5, beer 4, cocktails 5. Good food off the regular menu. You sit outside by the pool at the beautiful resort coast maui hotel. A fun evening.

My wife and I were staying at the Worldmark Resort next door. We asked the lady at our front desk to recommend a happy hour, and she told us about this place. There was only a little over an hour left on happy hour, so off we went! What we discovered was a nice, good-sized, square-shaped bar at the end of the pool, with some great happy hour pricing: $6 mai tais (and strong!), $5 well drinks (also strong!), and for food, a $5 alternating "chef's preparation." We ended up coming back here every night that we were in town, so we enjoyed several of the chef's offerings: a pork quesadilla (so good!), a sausage pastry (think 'pig in a blanket', but flakier), Shepherd's pie, and a shrimp dumpling. All were good, but the quesadilla was our favorite. They also have a full menu, but the wife and I couldn't pull ourselves away from those nice-priced chef's preparations. This place draws a lot of locals, some of whom we got to know on our last night here. Unfortunately, this was also the night that one of the locals took offense to something that one of the others had said, and the manager ended up having to break up their verbal altercation; I believe that one of them was escorted off the premises, and into the back of a waiting patrol car. Exciting! There's no telling what might happen when folks start drinking, but this particular altercation was handled before things got too out of hand. Happy hour ended each night just in time for us to go up to our room to get our beach chairs and then take the short walk across the street to the beach to watch the sunset. We would absolutely return here the next time we're staying on Maui.
