Live music including hula on the evening we went. Welcoming environment with attentive service, gorgeous sunsets and views- loved that they had options (sliders, chicken fingers) for our kids so we could enjoy an early light dinner as a family.Kid-friendliness: Included a children’s menu; recommend this spot is a better fit for slightly older kids rather than super young because of atmosphere and you will be eating on beige upholstered sofas ?.

This was my first time in Maui and I wanted to enjoy a cocktail at the posh Four Seasons. The Spago bar was at full capacity at 5 pm so we opted for the Lobby Lounge. We were seated right away with the host politely accommodating our request the another table. The waitress came by to take our drink orders and I asked some questions about the taste etc. the waitress appeared bothered and inconvenienced when I asked her. Appearing so bothered that she said "the drinks are premade" in an effort to stop my questions. Our drinks came and they were surprisingly good, didn't taste premade at all. Despite the uncomfortable interaction, the drinks were good and we were considering having a second drink. We found an article about how a bartender here created an off menu "white lotus" cocktail. We asked the waitress and she scoffed at us in a mocking way in response to my inquiry. I decided to get the check and leave. This hotel is stunning but the elitism customer service from the staff is the true fire in Maui.

This place is beautiful. The bar is great and the bartenders are extremely friendly. I've never had any issues the numerous times I've been to this place before. My last visit was in mid-October 2022 with my boyfriend and it was appalling. It showcased the preference of the lobby lounge manager who appeared elitist and disrespectful. My boyfriend and I (which by the way, we are an interracial couple and yes, it plays into this WHOLE experience), were relaxing on a couch in the lounge and I had my feet on the sofa. This is a common practice that is seen OFTEN at the lobby lounge, as couples are relaxing in this manner, whether they are celebrities or not. We were positioned like this for about 1.5 hours and none of the staff approached us about this being an issue. Then, the people seated next to us changed and it was a group of at least four extremely obese men with Southern American accents. Now, this is where things started... This group of southern obese men walked past my boyfriend and I and refused to sit by us. Then, our waitress came up with our check before we where ready to leave (we were nowhere near finishing our wine, and we said no we are not ready yet). This group of men then came back because there was nowhere else to sit. Then, within 10 minutes of this group of men sitting down, the lobby lounge manager comes over and says, "I'm going to have to ask you to have your shoes on because having your feet out is a violation of our food and beverage code." So I said, "Ok" but knew that this was a crock of crap because if that were the case, patrons wouldn't be able to wear sandals. My boyfriend ended up telling the manager off not once, but twice and called him on the crap he said because of his experience and knowledge about this industry. He verbalized to the manager that he was purposely trying to make us leave before we were ready due to the commentary from the disrespectful patrons sitting next to us. The manager couldn't even cover up his lie. It made him look extremely bad. Lobby Lounge at the Four Seasons must either be (1) in a financial bind and/or (2) desperate to kiss up to individuals who weren't comfortable with our presence. We were so angry and distraught that after my boyfriend told the manager off, we immediately left. We unfortunately didn't pay our bill, but for Lobby lounge to treat us like that they honestly didn't deserve a dime from us. Period.

Dropped in for a quick cocktail before dinner. Friendly service. Comfortable seating with live music. A fun place to watch people come and go. Recommended.

August 12 2023 7pm- Stayed at Four Seasons hotel Maui with family and everyone was tired after road to hana trip so decided to do something quick at lobby lounge. Getting seated was difficult because cellphone reception not so great in waiting area had to go up n check wait-list every 15 mins . After getting seated we waited another 15 mins and no server so decided to go up to front to ask to send a server. Young male server totally walked by us to chat with another family that was seated after us. He got their order then tapped my shoulder and said I'll come back . We waited another 15 mins and had enough.. of the terrible service and left. Unfortunately it was already so late had to drive out to Kihei n get fast food . So disappointed in four seasons. Staff is not trained at the level of other four seasons . Suggestions to management: retrain your staff to be aware of seating order n be polite and don't tap people on shoulders . It's not a bar pub scene .it's people that pay 1k + per room and expect higher level of professionalism / cordial and service . Good luck !

Wonderful location with exceptional views. Bar service and drinks variety one of the best in this area in my opinion. You can sit at the bar or sofas which are very comfortable. Sushi available and some nights they offer Dim-Sim.

Beautiful place for a drink and some appys. Resort prices.

We ordered an Amaretto Sour & an Old Fashioned, and were short-poured we felt for the price (mid-twenties). The gentleman's drinks sitting next table were filled almost to the top. Hmmmm. Strange. Skip their "Mai Tai" creation [Kipahulu Lulu] with a cherry foam top-crazy sweet tastes NOTHING like a true Mai Tai. Food prices are crazy high, $30 for a CA Roll? would not return.

Aseel Qumber She was terrific. Very attentive and helpful. It was a very welcome change from other servers. I was glad I ate in the Lobby Lounge.

Literally just came to look at the lobby and infinity pool, and check out other filmed scenes from White Lotus Season 1. The lounge bar was ok, not too many places with a proper view. Service was top notch, drinks were decent, but just like the price of the rooms it's a gut punch to the wallet

Great vibes. They have live music starting at 530. We had a few drinks which we all enjoyed. Edamame was a big portion and good. I had slider burgers ( comes in 3) and they were great. My wife had Spicy Hachami Roll and she really enjoyed. Seemed like our waitress was not super happy to be there but she was still ok. Overall great experience and we would recommend. We were staying next door at Fairmont and this lounge/lobby is WAY better
