We were mistreated & racially profiled by their location in Maui. We are barely brown.... Horrible customer service by Tait -- one of the managers? Maybe she is a relative too ? She was rude and unprofessional. Could not provide her supervisor's email or phone number? Or chose not to?

Disappointed

Food is too expensive for what you get. It was good, but not great. And for that price, it should be great. The waiter did not bring bread to our table. We had to ask for it and got it when we were almost done with our dinners. Food came out 5 minutes after we ordered it...way too fast for an expensive place like this. They just want to turn over tables. Worst of all, my kid ordered a shrimp dish for $38, which came with Gnochi, but she wanted linguine instead, so they charged us $8 more. When on earth was linguine $8 more expensive than gnochi? Never going back again.

Probably one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have had. We had been to the Laheina restaurant a few times over the years and always one of our favs, even bought their cook book and have made several of their recipes which we love. We have not been in Maui for over 10 years and were so looking forward to going to Longhi's. Made the reservation a month ago for outside seating. We arrived and were taken to a back table by the washroom entry. We told the snarly hostess we reserved outside and she reluctantly moved us to a proper table. 5 minutes after we sat down a group was seated to an adjoining table. Within minutes they had water and a server looking after them, we still had not. I finally flagged a server down. She was young and pleasant but really did not know the menu. I was really looking forward to having the shrimp Longhi which use to be prepared table side but was told they no longer do that. Our food was excellent, the Ahi and the steak but the old Longhi experience was gone. We found out that this Wailea location was closing next week and the Laheina had closed a long time ago and was very understandable, seeing how the restaurant had become. Very sad!

Went for a nice dinner on our last night in Maui. Food was good, but very overpriced. We looked at the menu in advance, and ~half of the items listed online weren't actually available. And for dessert, none of the options listed on their paper menu were actually available. Overall disappointed.

Made the reservation for turkey day and was never made aware that their menu was not available. We got 4 choices: turkey, prime rib, fish, and a veggie option, with thanksgiving trimmings. Food was fine, although when we got there the prime rib was gone. We weren't looking for a Thanksgiving meal, and if I had known those would be the only options, I wouldn't have booked.

Very disappointing Thanksgiving dinner. Food was awful. Drinks were watered down. Service was rushed and curt. The place wasn't crowded so not sure what the rush was. Price was ridiculous for what we received. Will not be back.

Made a reservation for Thanksgiving. Didn't mention that it would be a fixed menu (4 choices). Ridiculously overpriced ($60+per) for the quality and presentation of food. Felt more like a cafeteria experience then fine dining. Very disappointing!

When we're seated for 4 person at 3 pm, they gave us only menu with only 4 options on it, $60 per person for Turkey and $75 for fish and prime rib. We thought we will be able to order off their regular appetizer and entrees. We're very hungry for our days activity at the beach and in the lava flow field, so we ended up eating and full but $350 dinner for four.

Had a perfect piece of mahi mahi, the portion a bit small for $45, but it's Maui. We were well taken care of by the server. Sorry to see that they will be closing this Wailea branch, it will go the way of the original Lahaina Longhi's after Thanksgiving.

Picture perfect beachside restaurant. We went to Longhi's in Kaanapali because in their sister Wailea restaurant we did not get the macadamia pie. This pie with crust caramelized. Filling with lots of macadamia, not sugary at all is to die for.Service was perfect. This pie is a must eat in Maui.

My wife and I always eat here when we visit Maui. The open-air patio is beautiful. This visit we came for breakfast which was very tasty.

Impeccable service with absolutely delicious food and ambiance is a combination that cannot be beat. Their eggs Benedict is topped with a superb hollandaise that is the best. Three different “Bennies” are offered to suit your preference. The pancakes are heavenly as is the entire menu.

Very disappointing meals for all 4 of us. We have eaten here several times in the past and always enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately the quality has gone downhill, perhaps through the pandemic and the staffing challenges. Hope it comes back up to what we would expect soon.

I love the food at Longhi's. The ambience & service could have been better. I'm so sorry to hear they're closing at the end of the month. It's always been a “must go” when I've been here. Was disappointed to hear their baker quit as I was soooo looking forward to hula pie.

We went tonight for dinner. To start the bathrooms we’re filthy. The floors were wet and over flowing toilets. We should have left then. We ordered a appetizer and salads and a entree. Our appetizer and salad came out at the same time. And before we finished what we had on the table our entrees came out. We asked them to take our entrees back and wait till we were finished, with appetizer and salad. The bread was something that you get at the grocery store. We felt that we were being hurried with our dinner. Our reservations was at 6:00 and we were out the door by 6:45. They were not that busy. Talked to the manager and she said thanks for letting us know. Not very responsive with what we were telling her.We will never go back. Our bill was 129.00 and Olive Garden was better than Longhi’s .
