Just had a great experience at this subway (Wed 10/18 @9:30 AM). It was clean, the ingredients were fresh and my sub came out great. The two lovely ladies working today were like two cheerful aunties taking care of me.

The Boss is a great new addition to the menu for a 12 yr old boy who loves meatballs and pizza. He says: spicy and sweet for a 12 yr old boy to eat with the meat even in the heatIt can't be beat!

One star as cannot go lesser than that. Bad customer service. Employees were rude. Can't drink water here even though the island is HOT af. Employee says pay for the cup. Are you kidding me? I'm buying 4 sandwiches and can't get water as break from the heat.

I used to love the subway by my home but now there are new owners and they put up stickers on the glass that you can't even see the veggies you are getting. They are hiding the fact that the veggies are not fresh and gross. Even the person making the sandwich said the same. Don't hide the bad veggies you are serving your customers by a huge sticker on the glass so no one can see them. I had mold on one of my cucumbers, disgusting. I feel horrible for your employees that have to serve that.

So I really tried giving this place several chances but I've finally had enough when it came to this: My husband and I finished a hard day of renovation and were super hungry and tired. It was late in the evening and we wanted something simple and quick to eat and get some sleep so we could start another full day of work bright and early. Since this Subway location is close to our place we decided to go here despite my two past bad experiences. We buy our sandwiches and bring them home. As soon as I open mine, a baby COCKROACH walks out of the wrapping/sandwich. This is not the first or second bad sanitary incident that I've had with this place and with its one particular employee. I will not only NOT set foot at this place ever again but will not be going to another Subway again. This Subway location has done enough damage to ruin it for me forever!!

Was not impressed with the service me and my wife got at this subway. We came in about 45 minutes to close and ordered our subs as usual. It seem like the employee didn't wanna throw out the left over meats so pretty much put 3x the meat on our subs. Then when it came to the topping he forgot to mentions that they were out of a quarter of the topping which we then felt obligated to take the subs anyway. The other thing was that he didn't seem like he took care in making our sandwiches either. Not impressed with our first experience at this subway

Loved the service today! It wasn't busy around 12pm lunch time. Today they had 2 workers and I didn't feel rushed. Very nice and friendly staff. Last time I was here there was only one person working alone and a very long line. Glad to see they have more staff available. I got an Italian bmt, chicken noodle soup and a fresh baked cookies straight from the oven!

Clean and nice place to dine in. But if you dont pay attention, they dont up-sell or suggest options (dressings or sauces, drinks, sides, etc.) ? They literally serve the accurate portions, so if you want more, pay attention and ask.

Big time FAIL! One star is being generous. Kid behind the counter was very rude.... "what clerk would tell a customer they were STUPID"? Owner of this shop best be paying attention. I am glad to know this shop is the first Subway that has disappointed.... they are usually pretty good. This clerk is bad news. YIKES!

Worst service ever! I get there and I took the guy 25 minutes to make 4 simple sandwiches (2 of them not even toasted, just ham, mayo and mustard!) when my turn comes He starts to make an online order (salad and flat bread) that took him forever, and then, another one! I had to leave I’d been longer than 30 minutes there, I missed the sunset and didn’t eat!
