Great thai food...same quality as food truck in Kahului. It's my favorite so far...love the fried pork ribs, lemongrass chicken, pad thai, papaya salad..all my favorites. Only thing missing is prik Nam pla, which is a fish sauce and thai chili pepper condiment, they had the dried red chili pepper which sufficed, since I like a little more spicy thai dishes. This satisfies a thai craving.

We wanted to try this in the location close to Costco, but were happy to discover that they have another truck in South Maui Gardens just a few blocks from where we’re staying.I really like Thai curries, and the Panang Curry here was one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s lighter in color than you might expect it to be, but I imagine that’s because it’s made with fresh herbs and aromatics and not jarred paste. It was intensely flavorful and my husband helped me spoon up every last drop.He got the Drunken Noodles with shrimp, which came with lots of fresh vegetables and had a delicious smoky grilled taste. Prices were so reasonable, service was friendly our food was ready really fast. Lots of people were ordering it to go, but we enjoyed sitting at the picnic tables listening to live music at this fun food truck park.

I ordered a Pad See Ew and i was disappointed, it didn’t taste as good as i thought it would be after reading so many good reviews. I have been to Thailand multiple times and that is one of my fav dish ever. It might not be their specialty.Stuff was friendly and i oaid $14

Ate here after visiting the Kahului location & the service and quality are both very good. The Lemongrass Chicken was very juicy (with the battered exterior) tasting great by itself not needing any extra sauce. Here I had the grilled Satay Chicken and it was just as tasty and filling. I ate it in the South Maui Gardens nearby which was super relaxing. Highly recommend ??
I was looking at the menu and this kind staff member with the tattoos on his arms inside the food truck gave me some samples to try and recommended me to get the curry but I wasn't really feeling the curry today and got the drunken noodles with shrimp. It was really good and they didn't skimp on the shrimps!!!! I also ordered the crispy shrimp to try out and omg it was heavenly. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend going! I'm sad that I didn't get a chance to try the Thai tea.
