This was on my list of places to try once we landed and it did not disappoint. The sushi burrito was one of the tastiest things I've ever had. The ahi was on point. A full gluten-free menu which was a relief not to have to figure it out and not be limited to just a few choices. I wish I could have gone there again before we left!Dietary restrictions: Their menu is entirely gluten free!
Where to even start! Food is so so good and fresh. Our favorites are the Hā’ena and the Spam Musubi! Do keep in mind this is a very popular food truck so be prepared to wait 15-20 mins for your food, totally worth the wait!!!

The ahi burrito was one of my favorite things that I've eaten on Kauai so far! Sushi girl is located in a cool little area right off of the main road with fun shops next door. We loved the vibe of the setup, the menu, and the location. Very reasonably priced as well!
