The wait staff are rude morons. Argumentative and slow as hell. Everything else is spectacular. Spent $750 on a meal for my family and still got a chilly non-nice attitude from the wait people. Troubling. Been going there since 1995, but wow, might be my last visit this time.

This place is awesome once you get here parking is to say the least garbage 50 dollars to park close by so we parked 15 minute walk away but other than that this place was worth the walk

The Hula Grill is a beautiful spot by the water. The sun sets right outside, and there is music and a hula dancer for some of the evening. There are a LOT of people there - very busy. Make a reservation a month in advance. They were accommodating to us, and our server was very nice and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hula pie was ab experience!!

Service truly makes everything, and within this mall, you have Monkey Pod and Leilani’s next door, both outstanding restaurants. However, what sets Hula Grill apart from the great food are the bartenders and staff. Especially Johnny; he was exceptional, incredibly friendly, embodying everything you expect in the hospitality industry. We visited multiple nights just to experience his stellar service! Johnny offered fantastic recommendations for the best food and drinks at Hula Grill, never leading us astray. Johnny, it was a pleasure! They say great service truly makes a restaurant, but you made our vacation/honeymoon. Thank you, from your new friends from Florida on their honeymoon.
