Dole whip was good so we came back a few times while in Maui but rude and ridiculous ladies with no customer service skills or any manners whatsoever. Started talking about us and laughing, after we spent so much. ??

Shaved ice flavors are ok but dole whip is good. They make their own cones which is interesting. You can always ask forMore syrup on ice.

Decent tasting ice cream and deserts but the workers especially the one with the tiny bob are unprofessional, rude and straight witches. It's not the customers fault they are unsatisfied with their job.
Very refreshing on a hot day. Didn't taste artificial. There was only one employee handling the store when we went and she did a great job of managing the long line. Lots of gelato and shave ice flavors available. Would go back and recommend.

Lovely place! So many flavors to choose from. We tried 2 flavors: the melon mochi and kulolo (taro pudding). So good and refreshing. Staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

We tried mango/peach and coffee gelatos. A bit pricey, but they tasted good. We enjoyed our experience because it was really warm and humid outside. The lady at the counter was fast and efficient. There is no room to sit inside, but there are benches outside overlooking a green area with lots of roosters and hens.
