Having used to live in Mexico, I have to say these birria tacos are the closest you can get to the border without having to leave the island. I ordered two originally but ended up ordering an extra one because they were that good ?

Took my baby to the Matcha/Boba festival after work today and bumped into one of my girlfriends. She recommended their Birria tacos and I was not disappointed. Can't wait to try her other items on her menu. Check it out

We found this food truck as we were exploring Maui. We had the chicken tinga plate and it was fabulous! The perfect amount of seasoning. The rice served with it was also really good. We will definitely be stopping there again before we leave Maui. Plenty of outside seating with a nice breeze blowing through to make it comfortable to sit outside in the middle of the day.

My wife & I originally came to the food park because we were so disappointed with the food served on on around the resorts. This food truck Linda’s Kitchen did not disappoint. The lady that took our order was very nice and took the time to answer our questions. We went went with the berria tacos and boy they were so good! The prices are very reasonable here and you are actually helping out the local small businesses by giving them your business. Great food!

I was a little worried because we were the only ones at this food truck park but hands down, this is some of the best Mexican food I have had. The quesabirria was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

I'm 0-2 here. Linda seems really nice. Food was well cooked. Personally, I found the food very, very bland. I like Mexican food that doesn't need any salsa to taste great. Your tastes may vary.Parking: Plenty of parking, minimal flavor

Some of the Best Mexican food in Maui you can find at this little food stand. Meat and clean with a very pleasant staff. We found this little gem purely by chance. After a great day exploring the island our group of four was hungry and a bit tired. Waiting at a full service restaurant was not an option. We ordered 2 Chicken Tinga Burritos, Carne Asada Burrito, Quesadilla, and 2 Chicken Tinga Tacos. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend Linda's Kitchen!
