Unfortunately they were impacted by the fires, and I'm unsure I'll get that chance. Hopefully they will evolve into something new. The food here is absolutely fantastic, some of the best we've had on Maui. The drinks were also incredible - top 3 in Maui for sure. The view and ambience here was also fantastic - truly beachfront dining at it's best. We hope they'll be back in the future, cannot recommend their food/drinks highly enough!

This is a very difficult review due to the recent devastation, destruction and suffering on Maui and in this case specifically Lahaina due to the wildfires. However, it is important to share how wonderful, and friendly our experience was at Pacifico prior to this horrific wildfire. Our server was helpful and friendly and we wish her the best in recovery from this tragedy. The food was delicious and the waterfront dining was glorious. It is important to reflect regarding the loss of life and property that Maui is experiencing. But also focus on recovery and the resilience of this strong community. I hope that someday I have the opportunity to support this community and specifically this local business in person. In the meantime, please take an opportunity to research ways to support this community and restaurant.

Came here for my birthday dinner over a month ago and it was one of the best meals on our trip. I hope they survived the fires! I'll keep it short but service was excellent, the location is unbeatable, the food was all delish and very fresh. My ahi was caught in the ocean that week by the chef, and it was one of the best I'd ever had. They wish left me a nude card and treated my to dessert for my birthday. The staff was also very nice and took pictures for us.

Fabulous preparations of daily catch, great cocktail list, excellent service. Lovely breeze off the water with sunset views if you have a reservation. That's now two reasons to come back not just to Maui, but to Lahaina.

Bottom line: great service, awesome ocean view, FLAMEY and fresh dishes. Vibez: located of front street, but on a more quiet stretch, sits a still modern feeling multi unit store front. Cruise up some stairs (or ramp!) and meander along the right side towards the beach and you'll find the spot up just a few more steps at the end. There is street parking, not a ton. There is a paid parking garage, didn't explore it though. There is a paid lot across from the shopping plaza, also didn't explore it. Staff was friendly, waiter was especially attentive, friendly, and helpful. Drinks: cocktail options plentiful and seemed thoughtful. Had a long drive back to the hotel so opted for butterfly Mai tai mock tail and fresh lemonade. Both were fire, didn't miss the booze at all. Food: all very fresh, not the soulless preprepared stuff you too often find in vacation destinations. Anything that notes produce from O'o farms is going to be FLAMEY and bursting with flavors, so I'd recommend that. Mahi mahi Wellington was a unique dish that was worth trying - sort of felt like it was created out of a Chopped (the cooking show) basket, and I say that in a good way! Very creative dish. Sweet brioche was fire and worth the price of admission. Risotto was enjoyable, mushrooms were phenomenal - quantity of rice was way too much for us (I question whether any one person has finished the dish). Order the side of O'o farms vege side dish - the produce is the lead singer in this successful band of a restaurant

Wow! What an amazing place! This location has ambiance in abundance. It is seaside and sets the stage for a romantic, intimate dinner even for a group dining event. Ambiance is only part of this location’s equation. The food is Michelin star quality and the service is beyond exceptional. Marcela was the lead waitstaff for us and she was gold. The entire staff of Pacifico is amazing. They are all on cue. They are welcoming and attentive. Service with a smile. I have been to Mama’s Fish House and Lahaina Grill which are excellent establishments but Pacifico’s farm to table fresh approach has topped them. This was my second time at Pacifico’s and each time has been a gastronomical treat. Our table ordered the Fried Chicken, Beef Luau (short rib), the Swordfish, the Hawaiian Brioche, the Avocado Lava cake, the pineapple carrot upside down cake, the fresh squeezed lemonade, Prosecco etc. Nothing disappointed; these items were beyond exceptional. Pacifico’s is a must in Maui!
