This pizza hut is really bad. Wrong orders, cold food. The customer service center is even worse. Super rude, no help at all, and clearly needed more training in their system and customer service skills. Don’t waste your money or your time, much better pizza down the street with friendlier people.

My sister ordered pizza last night around 6:50 pm the app said it was out for delivery at 7:47 pm but it never showed up. And she only lives 5 maybe 10 minutes away (depends on traffic). Around 8:15 pm she called to see what was happening and the person on the phone said they don't do deliveries after 8:30. Yet the pizza was said to be "out" for delivery at 7:47pm!!! She cancelled the order and I hope she got her money back!! Not sure if she's ever gonna go to Pizza Hut again.

Terrible Pizza . Not the kind I would associate with a pizza hut anywhere else in the world. Maybe you shouldn't order from pizzahut while in Maui. If you crave ? go somewhere else.
Completely wrong pizza, had to wait 20 minutes for a new one and still not right. This whole year they've done it wrong.

Ordered through pizzahut.com. Received confirmation of my order at 6:31pm and the estimate was 45-55 minutes. At 6:58pm I received a text alert saying my food was on the way. At 6:37pm I called the location because I hadn't received the order yet and they told me the driver had it and should be delivering it. I told them my concern about the food being cold since it left so long ago and still hadn't been delivered. They assured me it would be hot and, if not, to call them back and they would make me a new order. The driver himself called me at 7:48pm (50 minutes after the order left the location) and said that a different driver had taken my order by mistake and he had to track that other driver down to get my order and then bring it to me. This is absolutely ridiculous. If a mistake like this happens why wouldn't they just make a new order instead of just going all over Lahaina trying to find the other driver and deliver a supper cold pizza, pasta, and cookie? Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service. When I called the restaurant for a refund the manager did not apologize once. He simply took my credit card information for a refund (which I'm hoping actually gets processed) and told me the driver would come back to pick up the order and take it back.
