This is the 2nd time that the man with a beard and mustache was rude. I have been coming here for years since we moved here to Lahaina. My kids like the pizza here and I always order here. The other Employees have been nice but this man has an attitude every time I say can I have kamaina on my order please. His customer service needs to be better.

Pizza was good but the experience was not. I placed an online order and when it was time to pick up I arrived at store and was told my order wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later, an emplyoyee asked what I was waiting for and when I told them, they started making the pizza at that point. That was frustrating since I had prepaid online (with tip), had I not already paid, I would have just asked them to cancel. Once I got the food, a quick “Here ya go” and that was it.

Cool little place with great pizza. Staff was very friendly and thanked everyone that walked out. It’s close to all the resorts tucked into the strip mall. We will definitely add this place to our list of places when we come back.Kid-friendliness: Had a table with kids books and coloring supplies while we waited for our food.

Was told that they were the best by a friend that lives here. Maybe a couple of years ago that may have been true. Was not worth the drive. The tomato sauce was good the pizza for the price was very sparse with the toppings. We came in to order and looked at the menu. The price on the menu was not what we were charged. The staff that were working were more interested in closing early. We waited outside while they were preparing our pizzas. We said we'd be outside right in front. We could see all five doing the close. It would have been nice for rhe girl that took the order to give us a time of how long it would be or to wave us to come in when they were ready instead they were put in the heating unit. After all was said and done the pizza were not hot. After tipping 20% you'd think that customer service would be a priority to your business. A big disappointment ?

DO NOT leave Maui without going here. We ordered the King Arthur, delicious
Taste was good. But they dont even offer water or white sauce. I feel like Hawaii is just money minded. Also i feel like its expensive. I would keep this as option.

Just off the beaten path, but it's worth the walk which takes you right through a golf course, so views and walk is nice! Great local staff and pizza was some of the best we've had. Boys loved the "cheese pull" as they call it....wish I took a picture, but trust me, good stuff!

5 star for the pizza. We ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and a Gourmet Veggie. Both are excellent. The crew was nice and on top of things. We took it to go. The ambiance is lacking (heck, it's a RT) and there is no beer or wine. If it had those 2 things, I'd give it a 5 star. But, take it to go, you won't be disappointed.
