Chicken cutlet was great, thick portion of chicken, not thin and crusty like some other places. Mushroom burger was great too, moist and delicious. My boy had loco moco and for a big guy, he couldn't finish his plate, saved it for breakfast. Will definitely go back again.

Crispy Guava and sweet and spicy chicken katsu were really good. Servers were really nice and I felt very welcomed. Would definitely come back on a Friday to try their Hawaiian food

My order took a little while although staff were upfront that I'd be waiting 15 minutes. But BRO as soon as I got the chicken cutlet dinner I knew it was gonna be Fire! 100% no question worth the wait. The chicken was cooked fresh and the gravy was out of control. I pride myself on clearing the whole plate so the fact that I had to put like half of it aside for later was impressive. Killa serving size, it was like Hawaii's schnitzel Scandia. So bomb. I will be back for another meat fix at Sparkys no doubt

Pastele nachos was amazing. Didn't try anything else but the owners were sweet and patient and explained stuff to me! I was in between the pastele nachos or hurricane Michi KP chicken but went out of my comfort zone and went with pastele nachos and it did not disappoint! Will be back to try other things which means I gotta plan another trip to Maui!!! Yipeee

We were lucky enough to stumble upon this tiny restaurant with BIG flavors. We went all in here... there were 4 of us and we got the Sizzling Rib Eye (Market price so make sure you ask before you order) the Poke Nachos, their specialty, which is a Guava smoke meat, the spicy Pineapple smoked meat, Mochiko Chicken. I think that's it we didn't finish everything due to the fact that they serve very healthy portions. But yummy yummy.Sizzling Ribeye - came out on a sizzle plate and had a delish mushroom and onion gravy on it that reminded me of Stroganoff. It was finished first! Poke Nachos. We chose the Shoyu Poke and the fish was like butter. Soft and fresh, layered on top of the lightest crispist, won ton chips I ever tasted. Even without the Poke I would have devoured those chips! I'm not a huge fan of smoked anything, but my husband is and the Guava Meat earned a 5 star rating from him. Our waitress said it was the dish that the restaurant was founded on so it makes sense that it was Ono (delish) Oh I forgot to mention we also had a Loco moco. You can tell that the patty was home made. I could've eaten just the gravy! All in all this place is a 5 star for me. The waitresses, the food everything was top notch! For a tiny place they made a HUGE impression. They will definitely see me again next time I am in Maui!
