The staff, a brown haired lady, is extremely rude. She banged doors and spoke very curtly. When I opened the fridge door to take 2 bottles of juice she came rushing to insist that we can take only 2.Food was okay.

The blonde older manager was very rude. I am not from Hawaii, Covid restrictions do not allow a soda refill, I was clearly not paying attention to the sign that says no refills. She yelled at me for getting a refill after I apologized numerous times I didn’t see the sign. Instead of sanitizing the area due to the real issue of refills she was extremely rude and charged me for another drink. The issue with Covid is not MONEY it’s being sick due to to not sanitizing.Never experienced customer service so poorly, just a bad experience when trying to vacation. Will not be returning

Worst Subway by far. Line of people and no urgency. Workers are rude and don’t seem to care.
I was just in there. It was painful getting four sandwiches done. One of the male workers kept messing up my order. Kept asking me the same question over and over. Would grab the wrong ingredients. Would literally throw toppings. I was incredibly frustrated and happy to leave this place. When I got home I realized there was a sandwich missing. Arghhhhh put it in the freaking bag!!! It was the last one made too! It was in your hand as your bagging. Where did it go? Will never return.

The best subway every! It's small and cozy. The thing that really makes this place the best is the staff. They are sooooo friendly and inviting. I can't say enough good things. Way better than the one in Lahaina!

We have been going to this Subway because it's right down the street... it's been good the last few times but not today!! First there were people in line not having masks on, then the girl put mustard when neither of us like mustard and then the sandwiches literally fell apart.... something was wrong with the bread it just crumbled. I'm very sad and my boyfriend is so angry I doubt if we will ever get Subway again... I like Subway normally and now I won't be able to have it even on a good day for them
