It was an October afternoon. I was craving for a juicy big fish fillet sandwhich. Once I turned the corner and obtained the bag, I was excited. Ecstatic even. This had been my first fish fillet in 2 months. I had high expectations. When I got home, I took a bite of my fish fillet. The bread was cold. There was a single PICKLE. And the most heartbreaking part: the fillet itself was tough. cold. and undercooked. Lucky me, I had a contact within the Burger King Lihue franchise. My mother and I shared our disappointment with her on her off day. However, she went above and beyond, driving herself to burger king, obtaining a freshly-cooked-out-of-the-fryer fish fillet sandwhich, and BROUGHT IT BACK TO MY HOUSE! I did not request this of her. But she went, truly, the extra mile. She has single handedly brought back the 3 stars that I initially took off when thinking about my review for burger king. To this day, I hope the fryer has been refurbished. To this day, I am grateful, for the staff--- my auntie Leina.

Very poorly run with no organization during a very busy period. The poor kid on the till was shaking he was so nervous and there was little to no help for him and the woman putting orders on the counter was only putting bare minimum in the bag. We had to ask for straws, ketchup, napkins and sauces for the nuggets. During a crazy busy time, those should be automatically added to save people goimg back and forth. With a bit of management training they could be much better, I'm sure.

The breakfast here is much better than all those overpriced trendy places where staff have an attitude and the food is mediocre and expensive ,,and expect a tip -go there if you want ,post that photo of you with your mediocre food,because you are trendy ,,but in my mind Burger King is the best -fast,cheap good food ,hard working friendjy staff -thanks guys!!
