Cute hidden gem of a bakery in Lihue!! One of the best bakeries I’ve ever tried. They have a variety of baked goods, cookies, and hot beverages (tea, coffee, hot chocolate). I tried the vanilla bean profiterole, green tea profiterole, and their Lilikoi mousse. They were all AMAZING!! Thoroughly enjoyed them all and was immersed in the flavours. A Kawaii (super cute) dessert specialty shop!A must taste for the mousse, crème brûlée, and their oh so oishi Japanese cheesecake!This is not for the over sweet American mass produced pastry consumer!Definitely try their scratch made Blueberry Cheesecake. The blueberry sauce scratches your taste buds with tart sweet yummyness!On top of their signature sweets the service was laid back but friendly helpful!

Everything was amazing! A hidden gem. If you enjoy Japanese patisseries this is for you. Deliciously crafted bite sized desserts everyone would enjoy. The cream used with the profiteroles was outstanding in the green tea and vanilla we had. The prices were very reasonable for what you get and in my opinion the prices could be higher. We will be back.
