The barista that took my order and made my drink was so kind and so quick. I think her name was Shanelle. She took the time to get to know me and ask what kind of drink I was craving because I didn’t know what I wanted. She asked how my day was and she made me feel so special. I would definitely come back.

Rude staff. Showed up at 2:55 pm told "sorry we're done, we have to clean to close by 4" even though online says open til 6?! Shouldn't you clean after the closing time and service up until then!

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to…all three employees had to be new..noone with experience working..one person making drinks while other two watch..what is going on?!? 20min wait after I ordered. Come on Starbucks, do better.

20 minutes to make an iced latte. There was not a rush. They forgot to write a cup. 10 minutes in we reminded them, they apologized and it still took 10 more minutes for the iced latte.

Store closes at 5pm. Was refused service at 4:13pm by a very rude employee after I traveled all day and 2 airplanes. Thanks for nothing!
Kiva made me feel so special on my birthday. I wish I had something to give him for a tip at the time but we didn't have any cash. I just wanted to say thank you. I appreciate you a lot! And my drink was amazing!!!

It was happy hour and it was supposed to be buy 1 get one free and they didn’t follow that. I ended paying 11$!! Wouldn’t try to do deals there I’d recommend the one in kukui grove or any other one. AND THERE WAS A FLY WHERE THEY DISPLAY THE FOOD!!
