Terrible, terrible, and just plain terrible customer service. The employee just ignored me as I waited at the counter. She was pulling out bread for a pick up order. No "Hello" or "Be with you in a minute" didn't even look up at me. Ok, see you later.

I used to love subway. It used to be my favorite fast food. Emphasis on "fast". My subway experience today was nothing but slow. I ordered ahead on the mobile app at 1:30 PM. The app said it would be ready for pickup at 2PM. I arrive there at 2PM, walk in, and what do you know? It's not there. I waited in the line until everyone was finished with their orders, then I completely got ignored by one of the employees. What's her deal? I waited longer to talk to the other employee, told her I was here for my mobile order that the app said was ready for pickup at 2pm. She looked at me like I was stupid and said it wasn't there. It was only then, when they checked their mobile order log to see that I mobile ordered over half an hour ago. She got started on my sandwich and 5 minutes later, I was able to grab it and go. I finally left the establishment at 2:40 PM.I think the problem is that the workers are inexperienced, and they just don't want to be there. From the looks of it, I thought they were in training. One of the employees kept messing up somebody's sandwich order and kept having to start over. I felt bad for the employee. She seemed like she was in training.

Slow. So slow! Tired their wrap for the first time and I was impressed.

Sign is misleading. Says will be back in 15 min but waited 45 min and was still not allowed inside. Worked gave an excuse along the lines of "needing to make the bread". Was forced to do order through app. Not a big deal but if you are strictly doing orders through the app just put up a sign or something.

I didn't see any problem with the staff there; Went in, ordered my sub and wasn't disappointed. I thought the girl working there was nice and patient, maybe they hired new people. Btw, don't expect to get a lot of cheese on your sub.

Let's start out by saying that our sandwich expert didn't understand English, and the two younger women had problems hearing. They also didn't have anything: only 2 types of bread, 2 types of cheese, 1 type of wrap, etc... they were also so much slower than they are in California, I'm very disappointed!

My first recommendation for anyone hiring people is to hire for attitude and train for skill. You can teach people to do the job, but it's hard to change attitudes. Subway used to be my favorite fast food. The choice of bread used to be seven and now it's three. No seafood and crab any more. I had the sweet onion teriyaki and the bread was really dry. I'm disappointed in all Subway's now just not this store. Do yourself a favor and go buy yourself a plate lunch for $2-3 cheaper than a $10.50 Subway foot long sandwich.
