Ordered a caramel macchiato stirred and noticed the caramel on on the top lid. So when I tasted it didn't have any caramel flavor. I asked if she could add more caramel and she said she cannot since I drank from it. She didn't offer to remake it or other option. First time ever happened. Maybe she was new.

There was a nice young guy working, super polite. However there was a woman probably in her ?30-40s? that practically yelled at me what kind of milk I wanted so she kind of ruined the whole thing. Idc if you're a manager or not but ma'am you're an pain in the butt
