CLOSED FOREVER. They sold the food trailer so they could have a life. Good luck, girls. Will miss your great food.

I loved them on the golf course. I know that they had the truck for a while. I hope that they are, still, serving the community. LMK where if/when you are in Wailuku!!

So we hopped on the plane to Maui as soon as the inter island quarantine lifted for residents. Had to get the honey fried chicken here! Love love it! Just a hint of sweetness and fried to perfection. Enough for two of us to share. Didn't get the burger but saw other people had and it looked yum! Food truck so we took our loot to a park to chow down. Gotta go here folks!

Fatt Chicks (which is situlated on one of Maui's golf courses) serves some really Legit burgers and food! The original Korean burger I had on my last visit is was so good it was almost out of this world! Other times I've enjoyed their Ahi Burger and their Bello Burger and I have zero complaints about the taste and quality - everything I've tried here has been very tasty. Tip: The prices are a bit on the high side (even for Maui) but the quality and taste of the food goes a long way toward making up for that ;-) When my BFF and I visit here together, we like to share an order of the Hurricane Fries as an appetizer. They're made with cheese and a delicious cross-section of Asian spices. While the fries wreak total havoc with my diet, I promise myself that I'll run an extra couple of miles the next morning and then I dig in - I love every bite! This isn't a big place and it's not by any means fancy, but when you're craving a really Legit burger then this is the place to head for :-)

I am not sure you could go wrong with anything here. This was my second trip to Maui and Fatt Chicks burgers was top of my list for places to return to. It's fantastic. It's off the beaten path but worth the trip. Don't plan to leave eat for a long while afterward, it's filling!! We ate lunch there and then skipped dinner.

Good burgers but I don't think the price fits the quality of the food. There should also be more flexible hours. Staff should work on being more friendly. The lady working the cashier had no personality whatsoever. If you're going to charge me $13 for a burger you could at least show some kindness.

One of our favorite food trucks in wailuku. Burgers, onions rings, fries are our normal order but they do have a mushroom or fish burger at times as well as daily specials. Great food even better service from the ladies of fatt chicks!

We first tried the Kim Chee burger and it was so tasty, next two was the mushroom and caprese which was awesome! Our goto is the simple cheese burger or hamburger for the meat flavor to shine through. Brioche buns completes the whole package. One bite and you’ll be hooked too! Onion rings are to die for and the fries are excellent.

Ordered the Chicken Cutlet, it was pre fab like a Chicken Patty, what's up with that? I mean how hard is it to bread a boneless chicken thigh? Not good, to top it off the Kim Chee was kinda sour!

We met these lovely ladies at the HFWF. We made a date to go to their food truck on our last day on Maui. We were sorry we hadn't been there earlier in our trip because they were the best burgers we had ever eaten. Even better were the fantastic onion rings, I'm still thinking about them 4 months later...can't wait to return!

Way overpriced for an average burger. The Fatt Chicks running the food truck (yes, it's a small food truck) were rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. Ultimately, they got our order wrong and we just went with it. Fries were okay, the burgers had way too much sauce and were underwhelming- especially at $13 each.

Best burger on Maui! Food truck can be hard to find but worth it!

Went out of our way to eat here and it was worth it. The food is fresh and yummy. Asked the locals eating there what was the best and they said everything. There is no where to sit and eat unless you stay in your car. Most people get food and find shade in surrounding area. We went to the Maui Lani Regional Park just down the road and ate in car (no shade). There were clean public bathrooms where you could wash hands and dispose of garbag. Hope the crew had fun and luck in Vegas.

We stopped by Fatt Chicks for lunch after noticing the food truck on our drive home. We love to try out the different food trucks here on Maui. We had eaten Fatt Chicks' food before at their previous brick and mortar location at Waihee golf course a few years ago. I'm always hesitant to try burger joints because I am pescatarian and there aren't always options for me (seafood is the only type of meat I eat). I was happy to see fish options but I decided to go for the portobello burger. The brioche bun was yummy but not too filling. I hate when the bun to burger ratio is too high lol. The mushroom was cooked well and not too soggy, which happens a lot with mushrooms as they hold a lot of moisture. The bell peppers, cheese, and balsamic reduction made the burger so yummy! My boyfriend ordered the bacon burger and ate it all with no complaints. We also had the Fatt Chick fries, which might be my favorite hurricane-type fries yet, and we have tried several. The fries were crispy and there was enough sauce to reach the bottom layer of fries without them being soaked. The only reason Fatt Chicks is getting 4/5 stars is we felt the burgers were pricey. $13 for a burger is too much to make this a regular lunch stop. Perhaps if fries or another side were included I'd feel better about spending my money here.
