The food was okay (teriyaki lacking sauce, sushi was not my favorite but not bad) and my baby and I have been sick ever since eating here a week ago unfortunately. Have had sushi a million times and never had this happen. Now I'm having to see a doctor to get treated for parasites or something.

I appreciated they had veggie options!My husband enjoyed his California roll and something else.My rolls did fall apart a bit when I tried picking them up but all was well.It was option to choose in the limited food truck area.Price was a bit up there but it's sushi in Hawaii.Employees were friendly and welcoming.

Super fresh fish that makes me super happy. Tried to order a lot of sashimi orders and they suggested the platter to save me money!Their gyoza is much better than standard sushi restaurant gyoza. All at a much more affordable price than a restaurant.

This place is amazing!! The employees are incredibly kind and patient plus their food is wonderful!!! Their tuna poke is my favorite so far but the salmon is delicious too and their unagi just melts like butter. I wish these people the best, they are wonderful!
We tried the Rainbow Roll, Crunch Roll, and the Samurai Roll. All delicious! Loved how fresh it was!

Never had sushi from a food truck before, but this one absolutely did not disappoint. The service was excellent and very friendly. It is situated in an area with other food trucks, with tables in the middle, so it's a great idea idea if your group wants options. However, the sushi is top notch!

We had a tuna poke bowl and an unagi sushi roll. The food was very tasty and an excellent value compared to other places we have eaten on Maui. I would prefer more vegetables in my poke bowls, but that is a consistent theme for the island.
I picked up the combo Poké bowl, and the fish couldn't have been fresher with large chunks of tuna, yellowtail, and salmon. a nice serving of seaweed salad and steamed rice made an awesome meal. We remember the location in Lahaina and we are visiting after the fire and wanted to make sure we supported a familiar local business. Their food game is strong. Please visit them and give them Support.

This food truck sits in a pod of food trucks by Long's. I ordered the hamachi poke bowl. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size and quality was good. There is bench seating outdoor.

We had sushi a few different places around the island and this was definitely the best! It’s tough spending money on food that isn’t great, especially with inflated pricing… but you won’t be disappointed here ? we got the Kihei roll, special rainbow roll, and crunch roll. All delicious! Best and most fresh tasting fish of anywhere we went.

Sushi & truck could scare some people, but trust when I say this location is one of the best Sushi restaurants on island!! So happy they relocated upcountry from Kihei. I find myself here 5+ times a month because the food is delicious and proper - not to mention the ownership group is delightful! Teka maki, hamachi Maki with scallions and the shrimp tempura roll for the win?Please support this small business ?, as they lost Lahaina Sushi Ko ? on 8/8/23.

If you're looking for typical Americanized sushi with too much sauce on it made by people who have probably never even been to Japan this place is for you.The quality of the fish is meh and this is a personal thing but not sure I trust freshness and cleanliness from a food truck without proper facilities. I had the Hawaiian roll and it had too much rice, a not so great sauce and low quality ahi on top. My stomach was not happy afterwards (thus my freshness/cleanliness comment.) Hope I won't be sick later. Most rolls are $18 and are a meal in itself (probably due to the amount of rice used.) The price point is OK if it was amazing but it's not... I've had better sushi elsewhere. I tried this place but won't be back.
