McDonald’s App really needs an upgrade. Find a way to not accept orders when people are severely short staffed and the restaurant doesn’t offer any curbside or counter pick up. Ordered ahead at 7:00 and ended up waiting almost forty minutes for an order instead of the app being quick and efficient for those in a hurry. They had the whole dining room closed and only the drive thru open. Don’t make people work short staffed that you basically have to not allow eat in, pick up or mobile orders and also have the app run right. Food ended up being cold. No roomin parking lot to move and leave instead. Horrible experience.

This is the second time happened to me that I did not receive my complete order. Today, 3/17/24, I ordered 2 McMuffins, 4 Breakfast Burritos, 4 Hash Browns, and 3 drinks. I asked the Attendant if all what I ordered are in the bag, and she said Yes. Once I reached home, I discovered that my Hashbrowns are not in the bag. This is just very frustrating. Although, this happened in the past (I posted review) I gave McD another try that I thought their service would improve, but sad to say No, it didn’t. I understand that your employees are at younger age, however, please train them well to double check the order in order for this situation will not happen again. Mahalo!

These reviews are so ridiculous! This place is consistently super busy and the employees are doing their best! The manager is very sweet although she is clearly overstimulated with so much to do. Just like any other fast food place double check your food before you drive off and there is a voice message that plays prior to ordering that TELLS you you have to ask for utensils and straws. Not sure why many of you feel so personally attacked by this. I hope they come across this review so they can see they are appreciated! Thank you Pukalani staff!

They doing renovations for 3 weeks, so no ice cream for Pukalani and other products.
So I got in there got my food order then I had to wait for a good 20 MINUTES, then I got my frozen coke and it was HaLF FEILD likeeeeee any way I got my food and opened it and then nuggets were not cooked. DO BETTER NEXT TIME.
