This is the only Subway I have been to that literally ignores the customer that's right in front of them. I have been there on multiple occasions where all staff are making online orders, minutes go by and absolutely no acknowledgment... no hello, no "I'll be right with you"... perhaps the staff could recognize that a present customer is important.

A little bit of everything... They have an office for Maui Medical Grp, a laundromat, postal office, grocery market, nail shop, hardware store, and a variety of places to eat!
Great idea and potentially great food. However, although the burger looked great and had some good flavors, it was so salty that I barely ate half of it. The burger was very heavy and they gave you plenty. It had a great bun that held up well considering the rest of the burger fell apart. The portion was so big that I had mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and beef patty falling out. I couldn't keep it together. Also, it was so juicy that I had a pond of juice in my box.The Volcano Furikaki Fries were not worth getting either. The were over Salted and the Furikaki was barely noticeable. Overall this was a downer! It was an $8.00 burger though. The potential is there and I will give it another try because of that.

Pukalani Terrance Center is one of the last big shopping areas on your way up to Haleakala National Park, to the Haleakala Summit to watch the sunset. My husband and I stopped by this outdoor shopping center to pick up some food to eat while we watch the sunset. In this plaza, there is a Foodland Market (which seems to be the one and only place that sells spam musubi with the rice seasoned with furikaka. The other Foodland locations that I have visited on this island did not have it) which has a Starbucks inside, there is an Ace Hardware, a Post Office and a few small eateries. In order to use the public restrooms at this plaza, which are located next to Farmacy Health Bar (down a hallway), you will need to enter the following codes for the ladies and men's: ladies- 234. Gentlemen- 345. The restrooms are not the most cleanest but they were decent. It was nice that this plaza was here for us to pick up some food before heading up the summit to check out the sunset. We ended up picking up a few poke bowls at Foodland (so delicious and fresh) and would stop by here again if I was heading up towards the national park again.
