I feel bad for the employees of this establishment. The owner was clearly in over his head and was being rude to his employees I went and asked for my cup for my soda said “excuse me I put in an online order and would just like to grab my soda cup” without a beat the owner snapped at me , “IF ITS AN ONLINE ORDER IT WILL BE READY ON THE RACK DID YOU LOOK?” I said I know my order isn’t ready I just wanted to grab my soda cup while I waited so I could pour myself a drink. The friendly employee corrected the owner saying I got a cup in my meal and then the owner reluctantly gave it to me. I gave two stars only because the employees were very well mannered and friendly unlike the owner. Piss poor customer service on his part , he should learn something from his young employees.Oh and the churro was burnt and stale, how you cook a churro into a cracker is an impressive achievement.

Waa having a good day and about to have a good sandwich but the cashier decides to not let me use a 50 dollar bill on rush hour. I've been going there since thay opened there doors at this location, and not be going there any more , they just lost a 30 year customer, aloha ?

Stopped in here while visiting from Tennessee to get my daughter who was having a rough day a sandwich. Mark was making sandwiches and noticed what was going on. He was very kind and positive which along with the sandwich changed the trajectory of our entire day. Thank you, Mark!

This Subway slaps. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Nalu made me hands down the best sandwich I’ve had here. Most people can’t fit all my toppings in there, but he man handled that bread into submission. Ten out of ten.

I used to go to this subway all the time for lunch and there was a nice young man that gave impeccable service. I tried going to dinner there tonight and there was an middle aged gentleman working. He was incredibly passive aggressive to the other worker clocking out. The vibe was already weird and he was visibly frustrated, he was incredibly impatient with me a customer and demanded to get my vegetables as my sandwich was still in the oven, I said that I didn’t want to do that it would be too complicated to remember, he argued back I felt weird so I just left without my sandwich. I was really not a fan of this man’s demeanor all in all he made me uncomfortable from the second I walked in the door.I went back to the foodland to get something else for dinner and struck up a conversation with one of the employees. I said I just had a bad experience at the subway and the foodland employee then described the man. They said it was the owner and they had bad experiences with him as well. If this is true, I am really sad to see an owner treat his employee so bad, and then create a environment so bad that he is literally driving customers away.

One star for Subway employee GAGE! This kid has a total attitude problem! My 6-inch was clearly not a 6-inch it looked so small so I asked politely if I could please have another 6-inch bread (I'm getting my moneys worth) and he rudely picked up the piece and threw it in the trash rudely! He can't even say "sorry, yes it was cut wrong" he was a trip! He knows how to make sandwiches, I'll give him that but if you request something different, he just throws an attitude! That's not customer service that's being straight rude! I guess that's what happens when you hire youngsters, they don't know the meaning of customer service.

Recently moved up county and came here for breakfast since its one of the few places up country thats open early. The staff is really nice and the place is kept clean. I would recommend this location.
