We stopped there for lunch. The food was not bad but not really authentic (sriracha instead of chili flakes on Pad Thai). Few vegan options - the cashew tofu was a bit bland. It‘s a food truck with a few tables around it - watch your food as there are plenty oh chicken around :)Vegetarian options: Some vegan dishes

My husband was craving pad Thai. We found this food truck while we were in the area.Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The Pad Thai was okay not the best.Appreciated they had the word vegan on the menu. The tofu cashew dish was tasty.Price point was medium.Recommend if you're in the area and want some Thai.

Bad case of food poisoning on 1/7/24. My friend ate the shrimp pad thai and was terribly ill for 25 hours. He couldn't sit up, walk, eat, swallow, and it hurt to breath. Would avoid the shrimp at the moment.

The best drunken Noodles I've ever had. Spice level of 7 was good spicy but not too spicy. I really enjoyed this dish.

Thai Mee Up is a food truck...serving authentic, savory dishes. The price is right and reasonable for families, seniors, teens. From flavorful foods of ample portions, choose Garlic shrimp, Curries to Fried pork ribs and more. Most are gluten-free. Opt for vegetarian or vegan. Sit on picnic tables under the tents. Feel the trade wind breeze. There's always a line of people. Service is fast and courteous.

Love their Thai food! Today was a cold rainy day, and I couldn't think of anything better than having the Panang Cury.with a side Pad Thai. You can order your food on a scale of 1-10 for spiciness. Really warms you up inside. I call in my order on the drive home, so it's ready once I get there!!

Great food, excellent flavor in our two meals. So convenient to Marriott Courtyard not to miss if you are going into,or out of OGG airport.

We have eaten here twice, and everything we've had has been really good. So far, we've had the pork ribs, pad thai, garlic shrimp, and lemongrass chicken. No complaints about any of it. Staff are super friendly, lots of picnic tables to eat at, and very consistent hours compared to the other food trucks on the lot. We will absolutely go back to try the rest of the menu!

I ordered the DRUNKEN NOODLES today (and many other yummiest from this truck in the past). This dish is a bit dense so (it seems) it's usually a bit small looking..... Today I ordered it with "an order of bean sprouts" added (for $3) and it arrived with a gorgeous plethora of veggies and bean sprouts! I was totally -and very happily - shocked. I called them to tell them and thank them (...encouragment). Its quite spicy at a "#3" spice level. I can take it, so I recommend asking for a "#2" level.of spice if you really don't want to roast. I usually order medium spicy and everywhere else it's moderately hot. Pictures attached. Save yhis review if you like and show them and tell them you want THAT! It's worth every dollar. They were switched on! and very kind. Enjoy!
