Pretty ghetto. Out of many ingredients. In a gas station. Homeless guarding the entrance. Food was sub-par. No public restrooms. Zero desire to return.

Just had lunch at the No#1 Aloha Salads in the state bar non, I've said this before and do not mind saying again. In comparison with all the other Aloha Salads on Oahu (Kailua, Kapolei and Pearl Ridge Mall) this Mililani Aloha Salads is - for me - the top notch. Parking at times can be challenging but this is only because this eatery draws so many customers and totally worth it. Compared to what California Pizza offers in salads and super friendly staff that never fails to greet every one who enters and exits which makes a great ambiance this Aloha Salads crushes any and all times. Don't miss out because certainly will not.... CHEERS!!

I've had salads at this location several times now and they have not disappointed. Great quality, speedy service and a decent price for what you get. And the lemon blueberry cookies are sooooo good! Will definitely continue coming here.

Pretty disappointed. If you need a healthy meal quickly, it's great! My order was fast and correct, but the amount of food for the price was very little. The small is like a side salad, large is a meal. Every ingredient was super generic. Lettuce was half wilted and not crisp.

First time ordered online 30min before, when got to the place, had to wait another 15min, because my order wasn't even started. Second experience is even worse. Chicken in the salad was apparently expired, right after eating it - wife got horrible tummy aches and spent few hours in the bathroom. Never again aloha salads.
I used to love Aloha Salads when they first opened up many years ago but lately it seems that most of the young adult workers just do not possess any customer service skills whatsoever. Please teach your staff the importance of such skills. It just makes coming in more enjoyable even if it's just for a salad. I was completely turned off when the young man used the same gloves to take my cash payment and make my salad. Very gross and unsanitary. Does he even know how dirty the cash register and money is? Please correct this issue with your workers. It's not hard to wash and re-glove.

We absolutely love coming to Aloha Salads! I always get the Chicken Pesto Wrap on a spinach tortilla and we share the Mediterranean salad and it's delicious as well. We are always greeted with a smile and great customer service. A nice cool spot to eat lunch or dinner in the a/c. Definitely recommend this healthy food option and the price is reasonable too!

I wish I took a photo of my Caesar salad. It was delicious!Came with pita bread too.The Caesar dressing is a creamy style dressing, I could have used more of it though. I also requested chicken, which didn't have much taste, but tasted fine with the dressing. The romaine lettuce was fresh and crunchy, served with a generous amount of parm cheese shavings.Definitely returning!!!
