i LOVE lemongrass chicken here and i LOVE the pho but like they kinda like wrap it weird i think its this place idk but like sometimes the pho like gets loose and goes rampant like a raging tiger but that does not matter cause i LOVE it, thank you, Love,

this place is preetty good. i took my parents here (my dad drove and paid because i don't have my license or money but i still took them here) and it was a very good parent-favorite child dinner outing. the first thing i noticed were the mirrors on the walls, which are very convenient so i could look at my absolutely fire outfit. i like how the (i'm guessing) popular dishes are displayed with pictures right above the cashier area (not pictured). right after ordering, we could sit anywhere which was nice. out on the table were chopsticks and hoisin sauce (not pictured) (there might've been more, but that's all i noticed because that's all i used). so my mom and i shared the chicken pho (pictured), and it was enough to make both of us full. it also came with a little plate of bean sprouts, lemon slices, and basil (not pictured). we chose it because we've never had chicken pho before, and it was really good. we got an extra bowl for me and i put some hoisin sauce in there. you can see i destroyed that pho. my mom didn't finish the broth but she said the pho was really good. my dad got the lemongrass chicken (pictured) and, while he was eating, he said he could eat it every day. i tried a piece, and i could definitely see why he would say that. some of the flavor from the chicken got on the rice, so even the rice was delicious. i asked him how he'd review it, and he said it's excellent. you can see he devoured that chicken and most of the rice. overall, it was a good experience and i definitely want to come back here to try other dishes, especially the beef pho (not pictured).zoey d. signing off

It's been years since I had a Bale sandwich. I used to go to the one in town by the old Sports Authority (now there's new high-rises going up). Anyways, this one in Mililani had a steady stream of customers and no one had to wait long for their order. For lunch, I had the spring roll wrap. Very light and delicious. I got the Bale sandwich and some tapioca pearl puddings to go and had some for dinner. Just right!

If I had to describe Bale in one word, it would be consistent! Their flavors have not changed in the many years I've been eating from here.Got to dine-in the other night and to echo other reviewers, expect a bit of a wait if it's busy. There's typically only one person manning the register, take-out orders, and bussing the tables. The food is honestly worth the wait!
So happy that they allow dine-in now! Super popular restaurant with a small operation...expect to wait a bit for your meal. But the food is always fresh and tasty Bahn Mi sandwiches, Vermicelli Plates, and Tapioca are always so yummy and satisfying.

Love Ba-Le sandwiches. My fave is the tofu sandwich. 2nd would be the lemongrass chicken. It's juicy and tasty. 3rd would be the Teri beef but it doesn't come with the tasty picked veggies.

Vietnamese sandwiches is one of those hit or miss. Unfortunately this one is a miss for me. The bread was way to crunchy and the overall sandwich itself was dry. I have yet to find a good Vietnamese sandwich shop here on the island. But I do say the Vietnamese ice coffee was good. It help wash down the dryness of each bite.
